Very nice apartment completely renovated, bright and tastefully furnished.
Spacious space with all facilities inside and outside the accommodation.
Terrace with table and chairs, awning and nice views to the sea and towards La Gomera.
Beach with restaurant and bar, 20 meters in front of the residence.
Within 50 meters, there are supermarkets, French bakeries, pharmacy, bank, cafes, bars and several good restaurants (Indian, Italian & creperie).
An ideal place for a relaxing holiday.

Belles vacances

Appartement propre et lumineux, très agréable la literie excellente. L’immeuble est mal insonorisé mais le soir après 21 heures y’a plus de bruit. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le quartier est très agréable, il y a tout à proximité sans être dans la foule

Acogedor apartamento

Acogedor y luminoso apartamento en zona muy tranquila. Hemos estado algo más de una semana en el apartamento y hemos estado muy agusto. Comunidad muy tra quila y zona de piscina muy agradable.

Très bon séjour

L'appartement est très agréable, bien aménagé, d'une propreté impeccable. Situé dans une petite station balnéaire, proche de la mer. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, je recommande.

Fantastic apartment

The apartment is well equipped and very comfortable. The balcony is wonderful. The pictures are very accurate so what you see is what you get. A mild word of warning in that from the main entrance to the property there is over 50 steps. Me and my wife are in our late sixties and quite fit but for anybody not very mobile this could be a problem.

Great holiday, great location. see view if crane your neck a bit, but heads up balcony does overlook car park (it was pretty quiet anyway so didnt bother us - just fyi). right in centre of callao.

Très bon séjour

Cette propriété est propre, moderne et bien située. La cuisine est très bien équipée; beaucoup de vaisselle à votre disposition. L'appartement est proche de boulangeries, boucherie, épiceries, magasins de souvenirs et de nombreux restaurants . La terrasse est très agréable et spacieuse. Agréable séjour.

Die Fotos der Wohnung entsprechen zwar der Einrichtung, aber was nicht in der Beschreibung steht ist: -die Fenster im Schlafzimmer und Dusch-WC gehen auf einen überdachten Flur hinaus, durch den andere App.-Bewohner zu ihren Appartements gehen; nachts natürlich bei Licht. Man kann deshalb nachts kein Fenster geöffnet lassen. Das Fenster ist direkt oberhalb des Kopfkissens... -Zum Dusch-WC, was sehr klein ist, gibt es nur eine laut quietschende Schiebetür, durch die alles zu hören ist. -der Blick vom großem Balkon führt auf einen Parkplatz mit viel Schotter als Ausblick. Ab 15 Uhr ist im Dez. dort keine Sonne mehr. -Das Appartement ist sehr hellhörig. Verrücken die Nachbarn darüber ständig ihre Möbel bis tief in die Nacht?? -Im kleinen Schlafzimmer gibt einen großen Stützpfeiler, der den Raum noch kleiner macht. -Zwischen Wohn-und Schlafraum sind Glasbausteine, die man nicht verdunkeln kann. - Die Beleuchtung besteht ausschließlich aus kaltem Led-Licht Wir haben uns dort nicht wohl gefühlt und sind deshalb früher abgereist. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht.

Anlage direkt am Meer, aber das wars auch schon

Die Bauweise des Objektes ist eine absolute Katastrophe, da durch diese der Schall expotentiell gesteigert wird. Nachtruhe ist nicht vorhanden bzw. von ca. 3-6 Uhr hat man mal Ruhe. Insbesondere die Einheimischen in Appartment C4 (liegt durch die verschachtelte Bauweise direkt über dem Schlafzimmer) machen jede (wirklich jede!!) Nacht von 22-3 Uhr unablässig Krach!!! Staubsaugen, Wäsche waschen, Möbel rücken, Singen, Musik hören, lautstarke Unterhaltungen, so dass vor 3 Uhr an Schlaf nicht ansatzweise zu denken ist!! In 2,5 Wochen hatten wir genau eine einzige Nacht in der Ruhe war, da waren die Bewohner aus C4 nicht da. Wer das hier liest und trotzdem dort hinfährt, dem sei gesagt er war gewarnt und wusste im Gegensatz zu uns bereits vorher was ihn erwartet. Darüber hinaus leider Kakerlakenbefall in der gesamten Anlage. Das war bisher das teuerste und zeitgleich schlechteste Appartment, welches wir auf Teneriffa hatten. Der Ort selbst ist super und guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen in alle Richtungen. Die Nähe zum Strand ist hervorzuheben, d.h. nur 3 Gehminuten entfernt. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe sind vorhanden. Der Hiperdino ist jedoch deutlich teurer als die anderen an der Autobahn, besser dort einkaufen. Für Kleinigkeiten eignet sich der örtliche Hiperdino jedoch alle mal, Brötchen am Morgen usw. Zu empfehlen ist der Delphin und The Prince, beides Restaurants mit sehr leckerem Essen. Mietwagen sollte vorhanden sein um die Insel zu erkunden, wer nicht nur Strandurlaub vorzieht. Der Teide ist auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert. Sonnencreme (30 oder mehr) nicht vergessen, ohne ist Sonnenbrand vorprogrammiert. Tauchen lohnt sich nicht wirklich, gibt nicht viel zu sehen und kein Vergleich zum roten Meer. An sich eine tolle Möglichkeit im Winter Sommerurlaub zu machen, dann empfehlen wir aber definitiv ein anderes Appartment.

Beautiful apartment

This property is clean, modern, and well located. The kitchen has almost everything you need to cook a delicious meal (except a large pot for pasta). You can easily walk to bakeries, butcher shop, grocery stores, souvenir and boutique stores, numerous restaurants (all good!), and the beach. There are many stairs and no elevator. A couple of issues I had were the numerous cats roaming around sometimes found their way into the apartment. The bed is wedged between the wall and a structural column, which I hit several times while trying to stretch out. There is a sewer odor in the bathroom that is only partially masked by the air freshener in there. The balcony is spacious and a great place to hang out. Just be aware that it overlooks a parking lot and the rough side of a cliff. Only when you stand halfway out and look far to the right do you see the beautiful view shown on the web site.

Relaxing break in the middle of winter.

We enjoyed our stay in this little low key resort at the end of January. It was quiet at this time of year which suited us well. Eat out - lots of places to choose and all good - particularly the fish dishes. Hire a car for a couple of days and drive through the mountains and the Teide national park - unbelievable contrasts in scenery. The apartment is close to the beach and restaurants and was very clean, comfortable and well equipped with a nice pool area. It was plenty warm enough to sunbathe without being uncomfortably hot. Contact with the owner was prompt on booking. A couple of unforeseen issues cropped up during our stay but these were dealt with quickly after we made contact and didn't upset our stay.

Schöne Wohnung

Zentrale Lage im Ort, wenige Meter vom Strand entfernt, trotzdem immer ein Parkplatz in der Nähe eines Eingangs zur Appartementanlage verfügbar, sehr gute Ausstattung, Wohnung in gutem, nicht abgewohnten Zustand, mehrere Restaurants in der Nähe, welche die Nachtruhe nicht stören. Kleiner Nachteil: Schlafzimmer und Bad können nur zu einem offenen Flur der Wohnanlage hin belüftet werden. Insgesamt zu empfehlen, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Très agréable et bien situé

Un bel appartement refait à neuf avec une décoration contemporaine et conforme aux photos , présentées sur le site. très bien équipé. Idéal pour un couple, mais couchages supplémentaires sur le canapé-lit. Linge de maison fournit. La terrasse est très agréable et permet de profiter du soleil dès le matin. La vue mer est agréable, mais la vue montagne (et parking) a permis à mon compagnon parapentiste d'observer les décollages depuis Taucho et Ifonche. Tous les commerces sont dans l'environnement immédiat et il y a un grand choix de restaurants (mon préféré Sunshine). La piscine à l'air agréable, mais nous ne l'avons pas testé. Contact très agréable avec le propriétaire et encore plus avec la personne qui s'est occupée de nous sur place. Localisation calme et à 2 pas de la plage. A nos dates (mars), aucun mal pour garer notre voiture de location sous nos fenêtres. Wifi gratuit et chaînes de télévisions françaises. Allez, un petit bémol : beaucoup d'escaliers ou de montées, mais on est à Ténérife, est toute l'île et comme ça. Un très bon rapport qualité prix, je recommande fortement

Lovely, modern, clean apartment

We had a lovely, relaxing stay at the apartment. Booking was simple. Our transfer had to drop us off at a different address, also with a slight delay, so making it slightly more difficult to find the apartment but not a huge problem, only for Houria who was waiting for us.! Very quiet complex with only a pool ( a lovely clean pool) but all amenities within 2 mins outside of the complex. Bus stop just around the corner, but sometimes buses can be a bit " hit & miss". The apartment was lovely, light, modern and very very clean and fully equipped. Very spacious balcony with sea views. Free wifi also. Television but only English News Channel. All in all nothing to complain about!

Un séjour sublime dans un appartement idéal!

L'appartement, neuf, est spacieux et très bien équipé, au calme à 2 pas de la mer dans un petit village à taille humaine. L'endroit est calme et idéalement situé. Les commerces sont à 2 min à pied de l'appartement, la plage à 3 min. La piscine est très agréable., nous avons beaucoup apprécié de pouvoir profiter de la piscine après une journée de visite bien remplie. Les repas sur la terrasse, avec sa superbe vue sur la mer, sont simplement magiques! Ténérife est une île riche en découvertes, en paysages variés, au climat exceptionnel et sa population est très aimable. Nous avons passé un formidable séjour à Callao Salvaje, grâce à cette location de grand standing, et nous y retournerons avec plaisir.
