The Brookings Beach House is a wonderful vacation rental home in Brookings, Oregon. A 2700+ square foot cottage style home with all of the amenities one would expect. Fenced Back yard Gazebo for Barbecuing

2 Master Bedrooms... Available are a nicely stocked kitchen, and a mini bar Upstairs, 2 Bathrooms 1 with a Jacuzzi tub only, four bedrooms, Library, Dining room, 2 TV Rooms and a huge living room. Wireless Internet. Also available are high speed internet (cable modem), Roku's and a video library with over 250 videos and DVD's. 2- Large Flat Panel TV's.

40' TV/VCR upstairs, The den has a nice stereo listening area with comfortable couches, chairs, and a lovely dining area. Huge video library w/over 250 videos. 2 Pinball Machines, fooseball table, Pool Table and Air Hockey Table in the game room.

There is a beautiful deck and Gazebo off the kitchen with 2 barbecues (1 gas, and 1 Charcoal) all ready for a family get together. This home sits on a third of an acre and is completely fenced. There is plenty of parking inside the yard for your vehicles. Tons of toys and games for children and adults.

The house has just been updated and features all new smoke detectors, Washer and Dryer, locks, fire extinguishers, paint, wood floors, and furniture throughout. Free WiFi. Fenced yard movies VHS and DVD's.

One adult and three kids on this trip. The property was very clean. Very comfortable. Great location for exploring southern Oregon coast. Good communication from owner and manager. Would stay here again.

Great spot

Fun spot, location was close to beach and other offerings. Communication with owner was great, felt like they really wanted you to enjoy your stay. I recommend!

Wonderful

The house was exactly as advertised. It was super clean, the owners were super responsive and the house had so many cool amenities. I would highly recommend this to anyone. My kids had a blast playing all of the games in the garage. We hope to be able to visit again.

A cute beach house that has it all

We stayed in this amazing home for an anual extended family getaway. Our visit was a chance to meet up with family that live in different parts of the state. The house was perfect for our group. It felt clean and very comfortable. The home is big, bigger than it looks. It has lots of little spaces to get away to read individually, and also has large rooms to gather all together for movies or games. The house has something for everyone. The free wifi is helpful for staying in touch with clients back home. The house is equipped with just about everything people need to enjoy their beach experience. Our teenagers loved the game room... so did the adults! The owners were friendly and easy to communicate with. We are so happy with how our getaway turned out. We all recommend this cute beach house to anyone, especially a large family, or multi family situation. If we come back to the area, this place will be our first go to.

House was clean, spacious and was perfect for our weekend. Room for three families to share and for kids to play. Lots of amenities and in a quiet neighborhood. Close to the beach.

Wonderful family property

We had a great time at the Seaside Cottage. It has plenty of space with lots of comfortable beds. The layout of the cottage is super fun too and my kids enjoyed exploring all the nooks. Very well set up for children. Ours are 5 and 3. They have tons and tons of books, toys, and movies for kids to play with. They had kids plates and cups too! Kitchen was well-stocked with everything you need. The game room was a big hit too! The yard is fenced which made it so nice to have our dog there. It's a short drive or walk to the beach and restaurants in the harbor area. Only wish we could have stayed longer!

Lovely beach house

Perfect location. Short walk to a lovely beach. Very clean and spacious. We’ll appointed kitchen. Comfy beds. Would love to come back again soon.

Beautiful Brookings home

To start, communicating with the rental owners was fantastic! In all the rental property experiences I've had, I have never spoken to the owner personally. This experience was nice because he was able to offer recommendations for things to do and places to see which was helpful! The house is wonderfully corky. Although the low ceilings upstairs were a bit difficult to navigate for tall people, it did add to the home's character. The game room was great to have for the kids and the size of the house was fantastic! The location is a short car ride from the ocean but the house is on a main road. There is only one shower that is rather narrow and there is no dishwasher. We loved this home and would definitely stay again

Exceptional property

Property is close the harbor which has everything you could ever need, the owners have great communication and are very nice. So much room in this amazing house, our family of seven was very comfortable. I can’t wait to stay again! Highly recommend!

Great Place!!

We will absolutely come again! There was plenty of room for our family and dog, the beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, and most of all the game room provided hours of entertainment! Great place to stay!

Nice place

This was a nice property. My only complaint is if you have a family that needs more than one shower in the morning, there isn't enough hot water. I think we got two hot showers at a time. There is a nice big tub upstairs but not enough hot water to fill it.

Great for families

This is a fun property and the game room was a hit with all of us from ages 6 to 69! The younger ones loved learning darts, air hockey and shuffleboard. The different sitting areas had ample comfortable seating which allowed for quiet spaces to read. We appreciated the fenced back yard for our dog. We had an enjoyable time exploring Brookings.

Great House

This house was great. It was the first time our family had been together in a long time. The house was very well equipped. A play from for children, a game room for the rest of us. Lots of space and the owner was easy to work with.

Perfect spot for a family vacation

Casey's home was wonderful. Clean, well stocked, comfortable, and in a great location. There's tons of games for kids and adults if you want to stay in, and it's super close to the beach and great restaurants if you want to get out. Comfortably accommodated all 10 of us. We will definitely be back!

A very nice home near the harbor

We really enjoyed our stay. 5 adult friends and there was more than enough room for all. We really liked the game room in the garage. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfy. The upstairs has 3 of the 4 bedrooms. The upstairs walls a steeply sloped, so watch your head! Tall folks would have difficulty. The harbor area has some nice restaurants within reasonable walking distance. The house is located on a main street, but it was pretty quiet. The backyard deck is fantastic! Communication with Casey (owner) was very good. The only small glitch was that we were told check in was 3:00 (website and book at house also says 3:00), but cleaners told us it was 4:00. So we had to get a drink at the harbor while we waited - not a bad outcome at all! Would definitely recommend this place!

My family and I had an amazing time at this place! With just a short walk down to the beach past a lot of cool graffiti, we will definitely be going back! Not to mention all the fun games in the garage, air hockey, need I say more?!?

Super quiet and lots of fun!

We had a great stay! Casey was called us the day before we checked in with all the necessary details, as well as suggestions for restaurants and places to go. When we arrived at the house our kids loved the playroom full of movies and toys, as well as the game room! Watching Toy Story on vhs was a great nostalgic moment for us parents! The yard was perfect for the kids and dog to play in while the parents grilled local steelhead trout and drank adult beverages. Brookings was a fun town to explore, and so close to a lot of great parks to hike and explore. 10/10 we will be back!

Great rental close to the beach and AWESOME game room!

This rental exceeded our expectations. The pictures don’t do it justice. Not only was it a 5 min walk to the beach, it had an amazing game room. We appreciate how helpful the owners were with recommendations about great places to eat and things to do. We’d stay here again for sure!
