The rooms were very clean. The host was cordial and attentive when necessary. The hot tub was weirdly placed.The pet area was very friendly.Unfortunately, there really wasn't a single comfortable "reading" chair in the main room for those who only wanted to be quiet while the others were out.I loved the view.

Beautiful property, very clean! Beds are comfortable, as are sheets, towels, robes, etc. Well stocked kitchen. Loved all the little seating groups around deck and yard. The only thing I wish were different would be having a hot-tub outdoors; garage ambiance doesn’t work for me.

Beautiful view from the wrap around deck. We had a small debacle trying to checkin at the door ( the lock wasn't working). But the owner showed up very quickly andwe got in. ( He also gave us an impromtu song on his guitar ) . Absolutely loved thehot tub in the garage. Nice to soak in after a long day of beach stuff. The kitchenwas well stocked . The beds are comfy. Great place to stay, close to restaurants, walks on the beach, etc. If you want to go to the Trees of Mystery, it's just an hour away.

A very unique house that fit the needs of our particular group, though walking to the ocean from the house would have been a real "stretch" for us elders. The house was very clean and the kitchen had every conceivable appliance. I think this house is more an "adult" home though there are bunk-beds for kids. All-in-all, a funky and fun experience.

Great location and accommodations for our boat. Perfect for what we needed and so wonderful to have the amazing view. Brookings is a terrific place to visit. We'll be back next year if this property is available...fingers crossed!

Wonderful short family vacation

We enjoyed the home and close proximity to everything that Brookings has to offer. The landlords were cordial, professional and had a spectacular home with a fantastic view of the river and ocean. Everything in the home was comfortable and easy to find and use. The hot tub was a definite plus!

GREAT HOUSE WITH BEAUTIFUL VIEWS

This is a very nice place. The ocean and harbor views are beautiful. The floorplan is perfect for enjoying with a small or medium size group and there is plenty of outdoor space.

Awesome vacation

Great out-of-the-way way location with great views and about a 2 minute drive to the beach. Hosts were awesome, easy to contact, and very responsive. We even had a couple of times played for us. Will stay again!

Fishing Paradise

We were in Brookings for a salmon fishing trip. The house was located right there on the harbor, which made it easy to get to the boat each day. Highly recommend this home if you’re in the area.
