This place was amazing!!! We were staying at a different VRBO and had to leave because it was so bad and thankfully this house was available and it was such a fantastic house!! The pool was amazing, the grounds were gorgeous, it was Such a Gem! We will be back!

Highly recommend this house for families or larger groups. We enjoyed all the space indoors and outside, large heated pool and hot tub, scenic views, beautiful landscaping, and the convenience of location was huge for us. Quick 10 min drive to mission beach, 20 min to La Jolla, 5 min from downtown, etc. Could not have been a better setup for our families!A couple things to mention for awareness; if you plan on cooking during your stay, make sure to come prepared with all cooking essentials outside of pots and pans. Bring trash bags. We were not able to get elevators to work, didnt the extra steps but would've been nice for luggage. Fans in bedrooms on main floor but could be a few more throughout the house where there's not AC.

Unwilling to work with visitors in any capacity early check in, late check out due to transportation cancelling. Then charging a large late check out fee. This is the only bad experience I have had on VRBO. Stay elsewhere

Hi Matt! We’re sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet your expectations. Our check-in (4:00 PM) and check-out (10:00 AM) times are clearly stated in our listing and rental agreement. We always do our best to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs when possible, but unfortunately, this isn’t always feasible due to cleaning schedules and same-day guest turnovers. The late check-out fee was applied only because the guest remained well past the scheduled departure time, which delayed housekeeping and preparation for the next arrival. We regret any inconvenience caused by transportation issues, but we must maintain consistency and fairness for all guests by adhering to the posted policies. We appreciate your feedback and wish you the best in your future travels.

Outside of the house was full of spiderwebs all over the outside furniture, where cobwebs spiderwebs there was food underneath the dining table on the outside. There was garbage inside the garbage bins inside the house that was never thrown out. The heat to the pool did not work. We had no access to the roof so we had no panoramic view.

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize that your experience did not meet expectations. Cleanliness is extremely important to us, and we clearly missed the mark prior to your arrival. We have addressed this with our cleaning team and we sent our cleaners during your stay to make sure those areas are cleaned. Regarding the pool heat, our staff has checked and confirmed that it's working fine. Our maintenance team regularly checks it to make sure guests would enjoy the pool. As for rooftop access, we regret any misunderstanding — rooftop is not listed as an amenity. You may still see the surrounding view in the pool area. We value your input and hope to have the chance to provide you with a much improved stay in the future.

My family absolutely loved this house! First off the layout of the home is super unique and so fun to explore. The artwork and decor is fun as well. The host didn't really mention it but there are a lot of little things for the kids to discover like a play place, treehouse, tiny door to a bedroom, and a little kids nook that my girls really enjoyed! The pool was awesome, the pool cover kept it warm and clean. The hot tub worked well and we enjoyed many nights out in the tub. Lastly, the views of SD, the bay, and even the Airport are so awesome! Overall this place was a 5-star and we will 100% come back next time we're in San Diego area.There were a few TINY nit picks that we had, but they're so small they're not worth mentioning in the review.

Great property and great location close to the trolley! We enjoyed the big kitchen, lots of outdoor lounge space, and of course the pool and hot tub. Highly recommend!!
