Dear Kerry, Thank you for your review, We are sorry to hear about the troubles you encountered during your stay, and the necessary has been done within our team to make sure that this does not happen again in the future. Unfortunately the housekeeping had forgotten to leave the key inside of the key box. Kindly note that we offer early check-in or late check-outs up to a certain time, and depending on availability. During the August high season, it is necessary to pay for the late check-out for it to be guaranteed as we block our calendar.
