Nice apartment close to attractions

Overall it was nice. Location is good. second bathroom a bit small but understandable. Stairs to the 2nd floor I suggest putting some sort of non-slip pads because it is a bit slippery. Had a great time in barcelona!

Well located next to a Metro station and a supermercat. Very clean with a very nice terrace. Pool is small but nice. Beds aren’t plush but functional. Is a little crowded for more than 6 people. Worked out well for us.

Great location, adequate apartment

Location is everything and this apartment has that in spades. Quiet, residential neighborhood. Around the corner from the Arc de Triomf, walking distance to fabulous restaurants in the Born, the Picasso Museum, the Chocolate Museum and the Palau de la Musica Catalana and one block from the Metro that takes you to Las Ramblas, La Pedrera and the fancy shopping neighborhood. Furnishings are sparse...but serviceable...upstairs bathroom has a shower that would fit in an airplane bathroom. Induction cooktop and oven, no microwave (which would be a great addition). The front door key is very trickey! Management is very responsive to issues.

2/10 Terrible

good location, terrible place

major maintenace issues: Broken stair case, live wires exposed, rotted, moldy wood floor by shower. Told management company about maintenance issues but did not address them . Unsafe. First night we were there people in the apartment below us broke their sliding door glass with a 2x4 piece of wood. heard banging and watched them for 2 hours try to break the glass until it finally shattered. Called police and management company to come out but did not show.

Fantastic!

We spend some days with my family in this apartment. Although as bit afraid as of the bad reviews we had seen on the internet about the flat, the apartment was very beautiful. So sure the flowers were not present but the rest was exacly as on the pictures, very nice and comfortable!

Suitable apartment for groups

Lovely apartment for groups. We really enjoyed our stay here. The pool is nice but we werent able to use it since it's not heated. Beds are comfortable. Linens were clean. Cutlery was there, pots, pans as well. Wifi had a bit of difficulty in the 1st hour but it got to working fine after and thus for the whole trip !

Lively and luminous apartment

Nice apartment. Sunlight enters the apartment well which is great ! The little terrace is quite enjoyable and you can watch everything that is happening in the apartment. We got a great welcome in Barcelona by the staff at My Space. Showers worked well, bath and sinks evacuated normally. A fully functioning apartment for an entity
