We had a great stay. We're a family of 4 with 2 small kids and we had everything we needed at this property to have a relaxing beach vacation. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely return there myself in the future.

We had a great time! The property was the right size for my family. The property was clean and up-to-date. My granddaughter really loves the beach, so I can see us staying here again next year.

We had a wonder week, perfect relaxation, close to walk to the beach for morning and evenings! Excellent access to take a car or cart (if you rent one) to haul the gear for a full day at the beach and if you or someone else wants, can walk back, an all around excellent location.The condo was very clean with great furnishings, very comfortable and we look forward to our next opportunity to stay!

Great location and close to the beach

Perfect for my family and very close to the beach. Location is perfect and property had everything we needed. The only complaint is the people upstairs were very noisy and could hear them walking around , even at 2am!

The listing said one bedroom was a bunk and a queen that was there but the second room was supposed to have a queen and a quarter size bed it was not the living room looked way bigger in the listing also this looked the size of a small apartment . I also thought we were within walking distance from the beach because I’m handicapped but we had to drive there it was a lot further down. My husband also handicapped with a prosthetic leg.

Wonderful host and location!

We loved this spot. Host was always immediately available and super helpful and lovely to work with, and the location was phenomenal with just a short walk down to the beach. The kiddo in our group loved the pool! This is a great find!

Excellent location.

Complex was nice and well kept. Easy walk to beach. Nice pool. Rental had beach equipment. Close to restaurants.

Charming Condo

I was visiting my son who is a college student at TAMUCC. This condo was clean and comfortable and a short walk to the beach. Great restaurants are within a short walk, even the grocery is walking distance. The location is ideal.

Our stay was amazing, even booked an extra night! Place was clean and comfy, spacious and equipped with all the necessary things! So convenient to have a place in walking distance of the beach and an incredible pool right next door! Beware of the thorns though on grass area, they hurt! H-E-B coffee and dessert all nearby! It was just beautiful, my 3 boys ages 12,9, &, 4 didn’t want to leave!

White Cap

Lovely two BR and 2 Bath Condo. Plenty of room. Two blocks walk to the beach., Nice pool. Great people to rent from. We have stayed at 5 properties in CC area, and this was by far the best for the value. Location. Location. Location at affordable price.

The property had dirt, mold, and mildew in vents, window sills, and corners of the property upon checking in. This caused a health hazard for myself and my family as we are all highly sensitive to mold/mildew. I did appreciate that it was addressed (cleaned) the next day, but it should have been in that condition upon checking in. There were also roofers working on the roof all week which woke us up early with pounding each day. Shingles, nails, and debris were all over our unit and balcony. It would have been nice to know that this construction would be going on all week during our stay.

Great accommodations

Amazing stay, environment was very inviting. Location is great if you are planning to visit Whitecap Beach however we choose this condo to spent time at Malaquite Beach which is a very short distance from this condo unit. Unit is very equipped with all your kitchen needs, plenty of towels, extra blankets, beach toys and beach wagon. My daughter uses a wheelchair this 1st floor unit was convenient. I would highly recommend this unit for a person that may need accommodations.
