This is a great choice for your Kauai vacation. Air conditioned living room and master bedroom, this second floor condo is the kind of place that has made Princeville a sought-after vacation destination. The condo has been beautifully furnished with great attention to detail and includes two workstations in the spare bedrooms which are ideal for remote workers.

Located in the heart of the Princeville resort community, this condo is near a walking path, the hotel, the library, the Makai Golf Course and Princeville Shopping Center. There is a fitness center right in the complex. The beautiful white sand beaches for which Kauai's north shore is famous are a short drive away. Other activities nearby include helicopter tours, horseback riding, zipline adventures, hiking and a seabird refuge.

Shopping and dining are available right in Princeville as well as Kilauea and neighboring Hanalei. The charming town of Hanalei a few minutes away offers vintage, plantation-style architecture, a collection of eclectic shops and an array of eateries.

Beyond Hanalei is Haena and the end of the road. You'll enjoy gorgeous scenery along the way and, if you feel like hiking, you can find the trailhead for the Kalalau Trail off the parking lot at Ke'e Beach.

After a busy day of activities and adventure, you'll love coming home to your personal air-conditioned oasis with all the comforts of home.

We so enjoyed staying here. It is located in a great area- great walking paths. The king bed was so comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need, even Tupperware. They provide chairs and boogie boards for the beach. I highly recommend this place.

Kauai Plantation vacation rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental is truly amazing , comfortable and located in a quiet and beautiful setting . You can venture out into the beauty of The island and then come home to truly relax . The kitchen is great for cooking , the master bedroom offers a great size but thd most charming and relaxing aspect of this upstairs home is the balcony / lanai which faces a beautiful greenery and is of a very large size to host a family and hace great breakfast , linches or dinners or to just simply relax on the outside with a beautiful view of one of the mountains with a waterfall ( if it has rained enough ). We hope to be able to stay here again , we have stayed in this cozy rental before. We are a family of three and the third bedroom allowed us to make private work calls and a quiet study place as well. The location is fabulous as ot is so close to Hanalei which is magestic and Kilauea as well . We would recommend this rental hands down for an amazing experience on beautiful Kauai . The management company was amazing as well !!

Amazing stay!

This rental was very nice! It had all the necessities and it was super clean! It was very comfortable for our family of 5. The community is very quite which I really enjoyed. It was about .5 mile to hideaway beach, about a 2 minute drive to shops and about about 7 minutes to Hanalei. It was wonderful.

Kaua’i Plantations - great experience

Awesome place! Inside unit is clean, roomy, comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen adequately furnished. Beach towels, cooler, beach chairs, umbrellas and snorkel kits available for use! Great central location, close to everything, yet nice quiet development. Pool/grill area well furnished and well maintained. Gym in clubhouse adequate for lifting/cardio workouts, and reasonable access times.The property manager was very accommodating, accessible and prompt on requests. Give them an A! We would choose to stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great Condo in Kauai

It was a perfect stay. We had 2 small issues and the Property Manager took care of them immediately. The carpet could use upgrading but we would definetly stay here again. Mahalo

Nice place for a family getaway

Fantastic Property and Amenities

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is amazing with a beautiful layout and design. All of the amenities one could ask for in a vacation rental. The one drawback I would say is the extra bedrooms and bathrooms are not air conditioned, however, this aspect did not hinder our stay and gratitude to the owner for sharing the property with our family.

It was a comfortable and clean 3 bedroom villa with anything you might need.

This villa was in a great location, there was plenty of room for the 4 of us. My husband and I enjoyed the large master and bath, and our 2 teens enjoyed bedrooms and bathrooms to themselves. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, etc. The garage has snorkeling gear, beach chairs, and boogie boards that we got some good use out of!! I would highly recommend this villa!!

Kauai vacation

Enjoyed the facility. It was furnished nicely and had all the essential amendities. This included beach accessories. The only concern I had which I understood per reviews was the outer bedrooms were not vented with air conditioning. Although fans were provided it Was still miserable. But otherwise happy with property.

Nice place to stay in Princeville

Well maintained spacious condo with everything that you might need including a full assortment of beach stuff. This place was clean and checking in/out was nice n easy. We had stayed at a property directly across the street previously, so we were familiar with the layout of these Plantation condos... The main issue folks seem to have is that only one bedroom has A/C -- doesn't seem like a big deal to me.

Very nice condo and good location. Needs some updates. But over all it was very nice. Pans did not sit on the stove very well and the dish washer didn't work great. Please clean the carpets, they were pretty dirty when we arrived.
