Family Friendly House In Beachwalk

There is a medical grade UV light added to the HVAC system that kills mold, bacteria and viruses. EV charger available. Generac generator installed so no electrical outages will affect your stay. Extra fees taken separately are the Beachwalk fees for access to the pool and other amenities ($7/car and $18/person - paid once per stay only applicable from mid-May to end of September). Golf cart also available for rent.

Open floor plan with kitchen/dining area seating 10 comfortably, living room features gas fireplace with smart TV. The house has a 23ft x 10ft rear screened porch with table seating 8-10 and comfortable lounge seating.

Kid's room featuring 55in smart TV, DVD player, Wii and lots of board games and books to entertain the kids. There is an outdoor paved patio area 14ft x 10ft with built in fire pit (8 chairs) and gas grill.

The community amenities include seasonal amenities such as beach cafe, pool table, ping pong tables, swimming pool, kids pool, splash pad, tennis court, fishing pier, kayaking, paddle boards, paddle boats, putting green, bocci ball, volleyball, basketball and a playground (located behind the house). 10 minutes walk to the beach with golf cart rental available. 5 Minutes to Blue Chip Casino, Lighthouse Outlet Mall and local hotspots.
