INDOOR GATHERING SPACE
Through the French doors you will appreciate a bright and cheerful décor with sun kissed colors of mandarin and buttercup, cool Caribbean blues, celadon and lilac find the great room, an inviting area to entertain whether you’re enjoying Netflix on the flat screen TV, the gas fireplace or playing some board games. The kitchen area seats 8 at the table and has additional seating at the kitchen counter. There’s plenty of counter space to work your kitchen magic during your stay. The first floor also has a powder room and a laundry room with full-size appliances for general housekeeping needs.

OUTDOOR GATHERING SPACE
Enter through the wrap around screened-in porch that is a favorite spot for enjoying summer breezes and your morning coffee. The porch is appointed with ceiling fans, dining table and chairs, as well as comfortable seating to lounge in and pass the time. You’ll definitely spend a lot of time outdoors while staying at Coastal Charm. Drop your wagons off on the parking pad and use the large outdoor shower to rinse off the beach sand. Not only will you be enjoying the front screened-in porch as the sun goes down, but you can meander off to the back deck during the evening where you will find a set-up that would make any celebrity chef happy. It includes an infra-red gas grill and plenty of workspace for buffet style meals.
Keep the grill master company while enjoying a seat at the outdoor bar for refreshing beverages as the kids dine at the built-in banquette style table and benches. Venture off the deck just a few steps to a beautiful stone patio and fire-pit, perfect for the family to roast up a few s'mores by the fire or just take in the peaceful tranquility of a starry night.
