Our stay at the villa in Cancun was absolutely perfect. The host provided excellent communication throughout our visit, and having our transportation seamlessly taken care of to and from the airport made the entire experience stress-free. The room was wonderful, clean, and comfortable. The view was gorgeous. We truly enjoyed every moment of our trip. Highly recommended!

Hello Erika, We are happy to hear you loved the location. It is the only Villa property ( only 29 villa's) in the entire Cancun Hotel Zone where you have private green space, a pool, the beach and ocean all within 200 steps from your terrace door. It's a great place for kids to run and have fun, you can keep an eye on the kids in the pool while you enjoy a little private time on the terrace. We hope to see you again in the future. Best Regards, Lynette

We agree completely, the location is wonderful and special as there is not another property like this in Cancun with so much green space right on the ocean. Hi Kathy, Very happy you enjoyed our villa. We love the location at the South end of the Hotel Zone, with lots of green space but only steps away from the pool and beach. Miriam is a wonderful person who always puts our guests needs 1st and wants everyone to go home with happy memories. Thanks again for your 5 star review. Best Regards, Lynette

The house was beautiful and as advertised. Miriam, the property manager, was fantastic! She was helpful and very responsive. We even locked ourselves out one evening and she came out of her way to let us in. The beach was beautiful and the sand was great. A lifeguard and security guard were also there and were personable and kind. The pool area was nice and quiet. The only thing that would have made the stay better was to have a bar or restaurant onsite, but we got our daily drinks at the convenience store across the street and took taxis or a bus for dinner each night.

Clean property, nice lay out, good location Villa Nizuc

Had a great stay. We loved that each room had an attached bathroom, it was quiet, felt safe, and had a bust outside running down the strip every 5 minutes. On red flag days, you can walk about 9 minutes down the beach to club med and swim in an area that is protected and calmer. There are a few restaurants within walking distance, it would be great if there were more.

Fantastic vacation spot!

Our family spent a little over a week in this wonderful condo. All of the other reviews were correct about how nice it is and private. Only a few others by the pool the week after Easter, and Miriam and the security staff are extremely friendly and helpful. This is a great place to relax and unwind. Highly recommend!!
