The condo has every thing we needed.Every thing is in working conditions, except for a few things that got fixed .The location is excellent: in the middle of Hotel Zone, and within walking distance to La Isla Shopping Village. The balcony looks out to the ocean, with beautiful sun rise and turquoise water. The balcony also offers a nice view of the turtle nests, where several mother turtles landed to lay eggs. We also saw many baby turtles came out of the nests in the evening .Anabel (the host), Rosy (check-in person), Esteban and Alberto (maintenance) are a great team, helping our stay to be very enjoyable.

What a wonderful home on the beach. The beach was amazing and cleaned of seaweed several times a day. The communication with Anabel was excellent, prompt, and she took care of our every need. The maintenance people were incredibly helpful, friendly, and made sure our chairs and umbrellas were out for us daily. Will definitely return. Thank you for hosting us.

This is a spacious property with an amazing view. The recessed portion of the balcony was our favorite spot to relax and enjoy morning coffees and evening cocktails. It has a white sand, private beach and easy access to the bus. Anabel was super responsive and all of the staff we interacted with are great. Though well maintained, the property is definitely showing its age. Tacos Villanos is a short walk away and has excellent tacos and beverages.

Excellent Cancún Getaway

This property is just as advertised: quiet stretch of beach, excellent staff at the condo, and plenty of room to spread out. Location is great too. Tacun restaurant on site is a major bonus and easily walkable to the La Isla malls.

We spent an amazing week here near the end of April. The location within the hotel zone was great for getting to groceries and restaurants quickly. I’m an early riser and loved sitting on the balcony with my coffee every morning with beach views that are just as beautiful as the pictures showed. Sargassum wasn’t a problem as a tractor groomed the beach daily. The pool was clear and clean. The apartment itself had plenty of room for our family and was clean and well stocked. Anabel is a responsive host, and the on-site staff were so friendly. She recommended a shuttle service that got us to and from the apartment with no hassle. We had two minor issues crop up early in our stay and Anabel made sure they were resolved promptly. If you’re looking for a quieter place to stay than a resort, don’t hesitate to choose this apartment!

Great for family vacation.

If you are looking for a great place for a family trip, this is it. The staff was very friendly, helpful and proactive in communication. Quiet location right near the beach.

This place felt like home. Everything was exceptional, from the hostess to the guys helping every time we needed help with beach chairs and umbrellas or anything else. The scenery in this place are from postcards. We even had a great experience with helping baby turtles to make sure they made it safe to the water.

Amazing vacation!

Lovely views

This condo was very nice, exactly as described. Beautiful views & great amenities. We had a small issue with water temp but it was addressed quickly. Location was great easy to get in & out of with easy parking. Would stay again.

Terrific experience

Everything from check in to check out was flawless and easy. One minor problem during our stay was corrected within minutes of reporting it to the owner. Great location on a beautiful beach that isn't nearly as crowded as the ones near the major hotels. Just a short walk to several restaurants, and plenty of space for my whole family.

Apt on the beach!

We came down for a relaxing weekend. Sitting on the porch looking at the beach as well as having your own private entrance to get to it was amazing. I will use this place again when I go back.

Highly recommend!

The host was incredibly responsive - she sent WhatsApp messages ahead of our visit, and was continually responsive during our stay. The condo was perfect for our family - we had such a fun time, and left well rested. We highly recommend!

Great Stay and Great Location

This is a great condo and awesome location. Everyone, from the Manager, on-site facility team, and transportation are top notch. One of the people in our travel party was getting work done at Cancun Dental Specialists and they were directly across the street. I recommend it to anyone traveling with a group of folks.

This place is magic!

Our family of 5 had an amazing stay! The apartment is spacious, the air conditioning works amazingly well and the kitchen is very well equipped. The view is absolutely stunning and the beach is practically empty—an ideal feature for a family full of introverts. Both Esteban and Rosy were wonderfully helpful and welcoming. We had an unforgettable vacation :)
