Newly built in 2015. Spacious Executive 3 Bedroom townhouse with 2 bathrooms including ensuite. Air conditioned with wireless Internet/Cable TV and all appliances including laundry. Rear exits on to furnished deck/patio with BBQ. Plenty of parking and close to major arteries, stadium, community auditorium, marina and athletic complex. Quiet secluded area backing onto green space, leading to walking and cycling paths. Tastefully furnished with all cookware and bedding included. Please contact if you require more information.

Nice quiet neighbourhood, centrally located, clean and so to date. A summary of some details would be good on arrival ie garbage & recyle dates & specifica, renters obligation on vacating).

Great Place to stay

This property is centrally located in Thunder Bay a block off the main drag. It is a beautiful home. The property is a duplex and we stayed in Unit A which was the the ground floor unit. Unit B is the same floor plan but on the basement level. My family had a great stay and would recommend this property to anyone planning a visit to Thunder Bay. Tom and his staff were great to work with and we all enjoyed meeting them. Great Value !

Thunder Bay Stay

We had a few days of not knowing if our rental would be available because of some overlap of reservations, however an alternative was offered, and then the original became available to us. It was clean, comfortable beds. It would have been nice to have a list of how to access TV, ( we couldn’t make them work) how to lock front door, etc. but overall, we gave it a big thumbs up!

Great spacious house and central location

The house is so open and spacious and was perfect for my family. It was very clean. It’s in a great central location. The owner was easy to communicate with and responded in a timely manner. I would love to stay here again.

Spacious home in central Thunder Bay

Our family traveled to Thunder Bay for my daughter's Lakehead U grad. This home was clean, well-appointed and perfectly located for graduation celebrations and downtown restaurants and bars. Thanks to the owner/manager for a great stay!

House was spacious and well equipped. Nicely furnished.

Central location. Easy parking. Washer and dryer. Quiet. Just a few minor things that I could mention to make it even better: The floor needed to be swept when we arrived. It could use a few more bath towels. Perhaps offer a few spices and olive oil- a few basics for the kitchen so people do not have to buy everything. The one bed is not comfortable. Good stay overall.
