Completely Remodeled 1 Bedroom (Extra-Large) In Las Palmas

This newly remodeled one bedroom condo is beautifully done. It has 180 degree views off the back patio. The very large master bedroom has a king sized bed. The family room has two sleeper sofas (American Leather). One queen and one full. Both are remarkably comfortable. The interior is freshly painted and is a modern rustic decor. There are pools and playgrounds near the condo with plenty of hiking, biking, golfing, and shopping nearby. The condo is accessible via elevator and is a relaxing destination for all.

Splendid Interior Design

We enjoyed our brief stay and would definitely rebook in the future. The layout was warm and inviting, the sleeping quarters were very comfortable and the amenities worked perfectly. We especially appreciated all the channel-offerings on well-sized televisions!

This is a beautiful home with everything you need to enjoy your stay! We loved staying here in Las Palmas resort! Great Getaway

My 2 kids and I loved our visit. The condo was clean. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. The property itself was also fun.

Great place!

Beautiful property. I give it 5 stars and we would definitely stay there again, however, if you plan to do much cooking, the pots and pans are old and not in good condition. Also, if you plan to use the hot tub or pool, the instructions state not to take bath towels, but no pool towels are provided. We were not instructed to bring our own, so if you plan to swim, make sure to bring your own beach towels.. other than that, it’s a great little rental!

Updated, clean, and comfortable

The property was great! It was everything we needed as a small family. The couch beds were very comfortable! It’s a new style, not like the old couch beds. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. We would stay there again.

Sweet little spot!

This condo was perfect for me, my husband and my teen in the middle of the crushing summer heat. The beds, including pull-outs, were perfectly comfy. The kitchen had what we needed. The bathroom had a great shower and tub. Access to the pools was refreshing. Great stay!

Awesome !

My family loved it here. When it was hot we just walked over to the pool to cool off. It has so many amenities and the kitchen nicely stocked. We stayed for the 4th of July and we walk out to the balcony and enjoyed the beautiful view. Check this place out for sure !

Senior games

This is our 9th year staying at Las Palmas resort. But first year in just a 1 bedroom unit. It was remodeled beautifully. Other than the smoke alarm chirping when we first arrived due to needing battery replaced and no extra trash bags, it was a great stay. Very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable! We would highly recommend this exceptional property. Also Cindy was. Easy to contact and work with!
