**Third night free not valid Memorial Day through Labor Day.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage is situated on a small tidal creek, which has a beautiful view that can be enjoyed from the screened porch in the rear of the house. Large open, fully equipped kitchen with Keurig and the dining area is the perfect place for family and friends to gather for good food, laughter and conversation. The Jasmine B Cottage has 1 king, 1 queen bed and two sets of twin bunk beds . Accommodates up to 8 guests. This cottage is pet friendly up to 28lbs. The front porch has a wonderful view of the grounds with 3 rocking chairs for your resting pleasure. There is a charcoal grill located at the front of the cottage. Located in the Steinhatchee Landing Resort where you have access to a pool, sauna, workout room, tennis court, dog park, petting zoo, walking trails, and boat dock. Cottage offers free wireless internet. High chair, pack and play and baby gate available. Please let us know if you would like the baby items set up for you. No smoking please.

Great Place to Stay

We loved the place. It was a perfect fit for our family. Everything was just what we needed. Kitchen was well stocked, linens were more than adequate. place was super clean, and location was fantastic. We can't wait to return.

We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. The home itself was comfortable and attractive with a kitchen that had everything we needed to make our meals at "home." The Steinhatchee Landing Resort is beautiful with so many things to do, places to walk, etc. We hope that when we are in the area again, this place will be available.

Company retreat

We booked this house as part of our company retreat for a couple that that had pets. It was super clean and spacious. Beautifully kept. Will stay again

Would definitely stay again

The place was wonderful for my family. Enough room to hang out and relax after a brutal stormy scalloping session. Even though our scalloping got cut short for most of the party due to storms. Those who stayed back enjoyed the comforts of the house and location with in the community.

Friends getaway

We had a great time and enjoyed the landing. The cottage was better than the photos! Only suggestion would be for some lamp light in the living room. Will keep it on the list of places to stay.

Excellent place! Loved it!

We had a great stay here. Place was great and enough room for our two families. AC wouldn’t keep it cool. I’m sure this was just a minor issue. We’ve already booked again for next year.

Great house for a group

Hi his was the perfect house for our Steinhatchee trip. The kitchen, dining, and living room was large and open to for our family dinners. We were also so happy we could bring our dog. There was plenty of room for everyone. We have stayed at The Landings in the past and this house was our favorite so far. See you next year!!

Wonderful vacation

Nice home. Great location. Went boating everyday. Used the dog park, pool, love the goats, saw mommy manatee and baby at the boat dock one evening. Went fishing- got a red fish for dinner , scalloping was a little difficult with rough waters. But we got enough for dinner. Will definitely be back

Sweet and Salty

Family time. The guys went out fishing from morning until night. The girls went to the gym, took the grandson to the play park and petting zoo.

Late Scallop season in Steinhatchee

The Steinhatchee Landing never disappoints, a unique and beautiful location and a very nice property. We came to the landing late in the Scallop season and we’re a bit worried about the hatch, but found or limits of scallops and some nice Trout, redfish and drum. See you again next year!

Comfortable, dog friendly, 3 bedroom riverside property

Clean, convenient riverside property with dog park and boat slips. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet and amenities we just as described. I especially liked the screened porch out back. It was quiet and a nice place to keep the dogs if we wanted them outside for a bit. Just needed anew latch for the door. The dog park was so close it was easy to walk them. The property was shady, lush and well maintained.

Loved it!

Excellent home and area! We enjoyed our stay and Highly recommend! Great amenities in the area and the house was perfect for us. Owner came by one morning to take a picture of the bathroom. She thought we already checked out. She lives next door and seemed very nice. She still wanted to take the picture and I felt bad turning her away but my daughter was still sleeping in the room adjoining the bathroom. Also I didn’t know that she was definitely the owner. Outside of that awkward moment we highly recommend the home and would definitely enjoy staying there again!

Great Stay in a Cute Neighborhood

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Russell's place. The house was just the right size for our crew. The Steinhatchee Landing Resort where it's located is a great little neighborhood near enough to the marinas but also with some privacy. The back screened-in porch smelled a bit mildewy, but that might just be the result of having cushions on a screened in porch where it rains all the time.

Perfect little house

We rented 2 houses for a bunch of family for a scalloping weekend. This was perfect for the people with dogs and the main area was huge, it worked great for our nights to host dinner for the whole family. The back porch was a nice haven from mosquitoes! We had a wonderful stay.

Best place in Steinhatchee!

The thoughtful details of the place is amazing, this is our 2nd stay here and we'll be back next year! Besides needing a new dishwasher, this place has all the things and easily accommodates fun for everyone. The owners were so attentive, the wifi stopped working and they brought us a mi-fi within 20 minutes. We can't say enough great things about the place and the property!

Very comfortable place to stay

Overall we had a great time. The amenities at the resort we enjoyed. Especially like the dog run for our dogs. We found the kitchen had everything in it we could need other than a scrub pad we had to go get one of those so we could clean one of the pans we used. The biggest complaint we had were the directions on how to find it. Unfortunately our travel plans were such that we didn’t get there till after dark and we drove around for what must’ve been close to 20 to 25 minutes. I would suggest somebody revisit those driving instructions. For example it said something about the house being across from a volleyball court. that is simply inaccurate. It was nice to finally find the property and all of the lights were on made us feel very welcome.

The resort is child and pet friendly with several walking trails and a dog park with easy access to the gulf for fishing or scalloping.
