Private Self-contained beautiful ocean and marina view suite in a quaint Oceanside town located on the Saanich Inlet. One bedroom with large living space and separate sunroom. Fully equipped kitchen. Three minute walk to shopping centre (includes grocery store, liquor store and boutique shops), restaurants and marina (kayak and paddle board rentals). Numerous beaches and hiking/walking areas nearby.
Quiet house after 10:00pm. No parties.

Vancouver Island Treasure

The suite is very nice, it's clean, quiet, comfortable and close to everything. The view of Mill Bay and the marina from the suite is just beautiful! Shannon and Jurrien are friendly and helpful. There's nothing not to like. Highly recommend!!!

Comfort and Calm

Our hosts were present, cheerful, very helpful and accommodating. The place is a lovely sanctuary, lots of room, spotlessly clean. The location - boasting a nice view and privacy - is a short walk from multiple stores. Had a great dinner and entertainment at the local marina, a five minute walk away.

Happy days in Mill Bay

What a lovely surprise, the house was in the perfect position wonderful views, very spacious and homly we would highly recommend this B&B. Every thing you would need was there. Very friendly accommodating hosts, lovely people who made us feel very welcome, thank you for letting our son stay over the weekend, it was a very special weekend in a lovely location, we were so grateful to you for that. We would go back there any time loved it

Great location

Very cute, clean 1 bdrm suite attached to owner’s residence. Needed to be close to rugby provincials at Shawnigan school and this location was perfect for us( less than 10 min drive); close to Tim Hortons; A&W etc and walking distance to groceries or marina with very good restaurant on the water. Suite had everything you’d need if cooking in including BBQ. Pet friendly.

Mill Bay suite

We visited Vancouver Island for a week and wanted somewhere close to the city but closer to other sites as well. The Mill Bay location was perfect. This suite is fully equipped with everything you need. The owners are very friendly, available if you need them, and easy to communicate with. Checkin and checkout was simple and efficient. We would definitely return.

Fantastic place, couldn't have been more happy.

Our stay was fantastic, my wife and I could not be happier with everything. Our trip was to enjoy a long weekend of watching our 16-year-old son play in a hockey showcase hosted by Shawnigan Lake Hockey Academy. The proximity to the rinks in addition to restaurants, the grocery store and Tim Hortons (a vital cog for watching hockey) was absolutely perfect. Only 30 minutes to Victoria and 10 minutes to Shawnigan Lake. The rental was clean, spacious and well equipped for our stay. Also of note was the wi-fi was strong. Never had an issure with many devices running at the same time. Shannon and Jurrien were fantastic, so very welcoming and accommodating during the entire process, beginning to end. We would HIGHLY recommend this rental and will definitely be back!

Perfect in every way

We loved this vacation rental. The home was so clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials. The loaction was perfect. We were within walking distance of the shopping center, marina and beach. Very peaceful and quiet. Great view of the bay. Looking forward to staying again next year!

Perfectly wonderful month on Vancouver Island

Highly recommended! I've used VRBO for a dozen years all over the world (have always had good luck) and this was the best experience yet. Owners next door were always responsive, friendly, and helpful. The property was immaculate, and our stay was exactly what I had envisioned. Tastefully decorated, very comfortable, no reason to look elsewhere. No problems at all during the month of our stay. The view of the water was relaxing (Mill Bay is a charming little community) and the marina and seashore just a short walk from the house. Great location for access around the southern part of Vancouver Island---Victoria, wineries, restaurants, exploring. Didn't miss not having a dishwasher at all. Laundry facilities conveniently located a couple of blocks away at the Shell station. Close to grocery store and shopping. Definitely a five star experience!

Well kept and simple. Odd layout but nicely furnished and clean/functional. Stayed long enough to wish for a washer/dryer. Not bothered by lack of dishwasher. Close enough to walk to restaurants, grocery, and shops but far enough to feel separated. View nice. Owner in attached house very nice, helpful, and almost un-noticeable. Priced well for what it is. Would stay again and don’t hesitate to recommend even for small family or two couples, although we were just one.

The place was great! It was absolutely perfect for our family.

This place was perfect for our 4 children and our dog. The place is very bright and clean with a great view. It’s also very conviently close to a grocery store and within walking distance to a lovely marina where they serve a lovely brunch. Would recommend this place to anyone and the owners are very accommodating.

Peaceful spot

Had a lovely stay at this quiet , spacious and clean place. The suite is very open and airy feeling with a real ocean feel in the tasteful decor. Owners are very pleasant to deal with and answered emails promptly. We also enjoyed a lovely supper at the nearby restaurant on the small harbour and cooked a number of meals in , kitchen is well supplied. Would definitely return here in the future.
