Beautiful and modern villa near Sa Pobla with a lovely mountain view. The house has a living area of approximately 250 m². On the ground floor, next to the entrance on the right, are the stairs leading to the second floor. On the left is the first bedroom and in front of it a bathroom, the dining room in an open-plan concept with the fully equipped living room, and the kitchen is also super modern. There is another dining area with a barbecue. On the first floor there are two more bathrooms and three bedrooms. From the balcony you can enjoy the fantastic views of the Majorcan countryside. The house has air conditioning and central heating.



Outside, the house has a large garden with a large swimming pool, a bathroom and a barbecue. The place offers a charming space where family and friends can enjoy unforgettable moments.
