Great location without hearing all of the noise of NOLA

This location was spacious, clean and comfortable! Communications with the property manager was top notch and he made sure we had a great stay.

Overall a nice place

You can’t beat the location of this place. Very clean and we did have some issues with the A/C and the hot water, but that was fixed very quickly with 1 phone call. Not a lot of windows, but you do have a patio so that helped and was pretty cool.

Question the accessibility

There were steps to the living room and my sister was in a wheelchair. Bienville street was a very difficult street to access due to Mardi Gras, construction, road closures. Not your fault but renters should be asked if they have mobility issues. Some issues with supplies..Keurig machine not working, no laundry soap, notify guests they need to bring supplies.

Great location to the French Quarter

The property was clean and spacious. With its location in the French Quarter is was so quiet nice outdoor space. Would stay here again.

Perfect location to everything

Very clean and roomy. It was quiet even though it is just steps from Boubon St. it is within walking distance of all attractions. We would highly recommend

Perfect spot in the heart of the French Quarter

Tommy was amazing to work with and was super responsive, flexible, helpful, and kind! The property was awesome too. Extremely walkable to anything and everything in the French Quarter. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back! Thanks again Tommy!!!

Beautiful apartment, perfect location

This apartment was stunning. Very well decorated, with plenty of spare blankets and pillows of you need them. In a perfect location, right in the heart of the french quarter. I felt like a local while staying here.

The interior design was satisfactory - love the overall layout of the condo Could have used more towels Could have used a chest of drawers in BR to store Clothes could have been a little cleaner, outdoor patio furniture could have been a little cleaner But overall i would probably stay there again.

Perfectly Located

Jodi was delightful to work with, and you cannot beat the location. Bonus--there were complementary waters, pop and coffee. There's a rooftop pool as well. We had a great stay and would definitely return. Again, great location!

We booked a last minute trip to Nola and this apartment happened to be available due to a last minute cancellation. It was in such a great location right in the middle of the French Quarter. The hostess was very helpful and lovely. Highly recommend!

Perfect oasis in the middle of the French Quarter!

All aspects of the experience were perfect. The condo is gorgeous and perfectly kept. The owners are friendly, receptive, and extremely helpful. The condo is in the heart of the FQ yet very quiet and peaceful. I can not recommend this enough and will be staying here again.

Great location, easy-going place to stay in The Big Easy

We very much enjoyed staying in this apartment. It was very clean with complimentary coffee, shower items, and plenty of towels -- and Jodi was most welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process of renting, arriving, and departing. The location can't be beat for enjoying the French Quarter, dining at a slew of wonderful restaurants, and walking to the Dome to catch Drew Brees and The Saints. We'll stay here again when we return to New Orleans.

Wonderful apartment

Jodi met us when we got there, she is sweet and very helpful and had a lot of suggestions around the area. The apartment is in the perfect spot, a less than 2 minute walk to bourbon street but quiet, SAFE, and cozy. It was clean, cute and welcoming. We loved it and it would stay there again.

Great stay in the French Quarter!

Our family's spring break vacation was excellent on many levels, but certainly was elevated by the ideal accommodations in this French Quarter apartment. Plenty of space for our family of four. The location is ideal for opening time in the French Quarter, close enough to walk to Frenchmen Street in The Marigny, and close enough to Canal street to catch the Street Car line. As a property manager, Gerald is the best! Thanks for a great stay!

New Orleans Getaway

This property is roomy for the price, very comfortable for our family of five. Close to Bourbon street but the condo is interior and there are brick accent walls, so it was quiet to sleep in. Very clean in our arrival. Love the wood floors. Tommy is the manager and he was very accessible. Walking distance to whole French Quarter and some restaurants on the other side of Canal St. Keurig did not work but that was a very minor snag. Will stay here again!
