Warm and cosy duplex apartment, completely renovated in 2010, located on the 4th floor in a historical building on Place Saint Maurice in the old town of Annecy, couple of minutes walk to the lake. No lift

This 36 sqm apartment offers a living area with a sofa, a TV (22inch) with DVD player and stereo.
The apartment has a desk and an internet connection
Fully equipped kitchen (cutlery, pots and pan, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, microwaves, ceramic hobs, washing machine...) that opens into the dining area.

If You Want the Best

We stayed in Annabel's beautiful Annecy for 4 weeks and absolutely loved it. The booking process was very easy, with all of our questions being answered quickly at all times. Annecy is a very beautiful town, we were lucky enough to arrive to see the snow covered Alps and the change of season into spring, with the trees and flowers starting to bloom, really lovely. Everything you need is in the apartment, it is located in the Old Town a few minutes walk to the Lake and all it has to offer. We would recommend this apartment and location to anyone wanting to experience a unique part of France, oh and don't forget to make the day trip to Mont Blanc, a magical experience. Annecy Apartment Review

Lovely apartment, well cared for and nicely furnished. The location was perfect for exploring Annecy and its surrounds. Very centrally located, and peacefull and quiet. Apartment appeared as it was advertised. Clean and well equipped. It felt like a home away from home. Customer service was excellent and well organised. Thank you for a lovely week.

Lovely apartment

We had a great stay in Annecy and in a fantastic apartment. The apartment was like home from home and had everything that we needed. It was very nicely decorated and had a lovely cosy feel. The apartment location couldn't be better as it is very central in the old town and close to the lake too. It is probably only best for able bodied people as there are quite a lot of steps to the apartment,and no lift, but it wasn't a problem for us and we also had our baby with us. On an evening we left her pushchair in the entrance hall as it was secure and dry. If we visit Annecy again we would definately stay here and would recommend it to anyone (as long as they could do steps!) Fantastic apartment.
