Great condo and really good location. This is our third trip to Saugatuck. We learned from prior trips that parking downtown can be a bit of a challenge. Not a concern this time - everything was within walking distance. Host was very responsive and friendly.

Great location and super clean.

Due to a somewhat last minute hotel cancellation I was pressed to find a place near Holland to stay for a ladies trip to Tulip Time. This condo in Saugatuck turned out to be perfect for us. Great location in a really charming town. The condo was walking distance to some really great restaurants and we enjoyed just strolling around town in the evenings. It’s just a short drive to Oval Beach for an amazing sunset. Also very convenient for a day trip to Holland. Everything in the condo was very clean and comfortable.

Fantastic property, had everything we needed and then some. Location couldn't be better. Having 2 full baths was a plus for 4 adults.

Great location

The property was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We were able to walk to wonderful restaurants and stores. The owner was easily accessible. We look forward to returning some day!

Great Condo!! Easy walking to shopping and food.

Great condo with views of the lake. Close enough to easily walk to all of Saugatuck's food and shopping. We can't wait to come back and we will be staying here again.

Condo is very clean and comfortable!!!

Loved being in walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Also, we were able to have a view of the lake.

great location, all was good but I will say that I do not think the price was worth addition here. Lots of little things could have been better but overall it was still nice. on of the two available dresser drawers was broken. Ironing board which we need was broken, closet looked like all the cleaning supplies were just kinda thrown in and had a bad look. Lastly, as we were on west coast time, check out for us was still early with no exceptions and we were asked ( almost told ) to collect all the trash through out the house including anything in fridge and toss it, collect all sheets/towels and put near washing machine, load dishwasher and run it etc.. It was a late night for us as we went to a wedding and having to get up to clean was not what we expected to do. Don't get me wrong, nice place, nice little part of the country but could have been a touch better. thank you

Beautiful condo in a great location!

Easy walk to shops, restaurants and waterfront. Owners went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and that the property met our expectations. Would definitely recommend this property to others.

Wonderful Stay

We had an absolutely wonderful time. The condo was perfect. We love how it is decorated. The electric fireplace was nice for ambience. Sat out on the balcony and enjoyed the view. Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. We would absolutely stay here again.

Quick Stay

We needed a place to stay for one night before we could check-in to our beach cottage rental. We’ve always wanted to stay in Saugatuck. This place was amazing. Comfortable. Great location. Nice evening. Wish we were staying longer but it met our needs perfectly. Thank you!

Awesome location in town

My husband and I were there in early spring so it was a bit quiet but lovely. We had two sunny cool days and took advantage of the deck upstairs off the bedroom. Thank you for the high top chairs so we could view the Kalamazoo. Enjoyed our stay and would return.

Just a great the second time...

This is perfect for so many reasons - location, decor and price. First time I came with another couple and this time was with a couple and their 9 year old son. This place worked perfectly for both groups.

Elevator didn't work, it's a B&B with no breakfast. What is up with that.also early check out is inconvenient.

Great condo; great location

This was our first trip to Saugatuck and this condo worked perfectly for us. We comfortably slept 5 using both bedrooms and the large comfy sofa. Great location to walk everywhere. It was nice to put the kids to sleep upstairs without concern of waking them. Jeff, the owner, was very accommodating to us when we had a change in our travel dates. Would recommend this unit and these people to anyone.

Excellent!

Amazing attention to details! From waters in the fridge, plenty of towels, to laundry detergent, etc! Our family of 5 enjoyed our time. It was an easy walk to everything downtown & parking was never an issue. We have already recommended it to others! Thank you for sharing your place.

Wouldn’t say it sleeps 6—futon definitely not big enough for 2 adults and it was not comfortable enough for anyone to sleep on—- also no Kleenex in unit or extra garbage bags (only the one in kitchen trash bin). Everything else was great though

We had an amazing girls' weekend and this property helped make it even better. This condo is conveniently located to EVERYTHING in the downtown area. We were able to walk to get coffee and breakfast in the morning (even though the property had everything to allow us to make meals, we opt not to on these weekends), we walked to get apps, drinks, and meals between our shopping. We stay in Saugatuck at least 2 times a year, but this is the first property where everything was conveniently located and parking with two cars was a breeze. We all decided this is the first place we look when we want to meet up and if it isn't available, we look for a different weekend when it is. The communication between the owners was easy and helpful, the property was great to hang out in and sleep in, and having 2 bathrooms with 4 girls is always a plus. Thanks for making our trip even better with use of your property!

Awesome property, location and host!

We came for a long weekend for a friends' wedding at the Saugatuck Arts Center. This was my first choice for our group of 2 couples, as the venue is just across a parking lot from the condo. In setting up the booking, the host was very responsive and answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly. I booked hoping that I'd be just as pleased with our stay as I was with the booking process. The property is perfect. Right in the middle of town, but just off the main street so there wasn't an issue with traffic or noise from the street. The master bedroom has a view to the lake, which as so nice. The condo is well equipped with all of the essentials for our extended weekend. When it came to any questions we had, the host was very responsive and was able to address the small issue we had (couldn't find the iron) in no time at all. The unit was clean and we could tell it was well cared for; what a great find! We will definitely come back to Jeff and Debbie's condo on our next trip to Saugatuck.

Property was nice. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately every day between 11am-3pm, the TV would constantly freeze and was essentially useless, the WiFi additionally was not great at that same timeframe. Location was excellent, but due to that, it was consistently noisy until 11:30/12:00 each night.
