Great location close to everything. It is also great to have parking space. The water and restaurants and shops were just steps away!

Loved the condo! The unit was very clean. Kitchen well-stocked! Perfect location. Walkable to everywhere in town and far enough on the outskirts that it was nice and quiet. We are already planning our trip back next year.

We had a great time staying at this very nice condo. It was walking distance to everything, but still quiet. Everything was clean and new. The host provided all the cleaning supplies and the kitchen was well stocked with not only nice ceramic plates, etc., and all the utensils you might need, but also spices, oils, etc. that you might not have thought to bring. This was our second time staying in this building and we hope to stay there again in the future.

Great spot in the ideal location

If you’re looking for a quiet getaway that’s still close to shops, restaurants, and the water, this is the perfect spot. The space is spacious, spotless, and well-maintained. I really appreciated the clear communication and the detailed guide to local favorites—it made getting around so easy. The grocery store and key recommendations were especially helpful. I’d absolutely recommend this property to anyone!

We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the property. The location was excellent and made it easy to walk to town, restaurants, and everything Saugatuck has to offer.A couple of minor suggestions for future guests: the garage was not available for use, which would have been a nice convenience, and next time we would bring an extra blanket. The quilts provided were comfortable but a bit small for our preference.Overall, these were very minor issues, and we truly enjoyed our stay. The home was comfortable, the location was great, and we would happily consider staying here again.

Hi There, thank you for reaching out to us. Butler Street Condo is a very popular property in our program. Unfortunately, the garage is where the homewoners store their personal items, hence the garage not avaiable for use. Hopefully, we can host you again.
