We found the home exactly as advertised. Clean, cozy, comfortable and a wonderful view from the porch. The communication with our host was amicable, clear and thorough. We highly recommend and are likely to stay here again and again.

Our two weeks stay at Bill's rental was made enjoyable with the well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and wonderful view out over the valley. We also appreciated the prompt reply from Bill regarding any of our needs. For us the close location to the Blue Ridge Parkway was a real plus enjoying the views and the hiking along the Parkway. I would highly recommend this rental home.

We stayed at Tranquility at the very end of our trip to visit TN, KY and NC. Tranquility was the perfect end of a beautiful trip. The cabin is gorgeous, with super comfortable kind beds in the 2 primary bedrooms. The views are breathtaking. The kitchen is well stocked. We really did relax here while also exploring some very pretty hikes all within an hour or so away. I would highly recommend Tranquilty.

Tranquility is a beautiful place to relax and unwind after a fun day being out and about! We enjoyed Grandfather Mountain, downtown Spruce Pine and Burnsville. We loved sitting on the porch in the mornings and evening, relaxing and reading.

Property was quiet and peaceful; good place to unwind and recharge. Taking in the views on the front porch was the best part. Great communication from the host and enjoyed our trip.

This is the perfect place for a weekend getaway. The house was warm, comfortable, and the view was amazing. The location was great and felt very private, but still close enough to a store if needed.

Million dollar view! My husband and I spent 4 nights at Tranquility. We enjoyed sitting on the porch, with such a beautiful view of the mountains , every evening after touring around. The people in the area were very friendly. Linville Winery, Linville Falls, Boone and other great places were within an hours drive. With 2 master en-suites and a well stocked kitchen, plus a gas grill on the patio, we had everything we needed.

What a beautiful house in Spruce Pine! The views were incredible and so peaceful sitting on the deck. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you would need and everything was super clean. There was a lot of hiking and waterfalls in the area to check out. We will definitely be back!

This home was exactly as advertised, actually even better! We had great communication with the host! The house was very clean, and thoughtfully equipped w everything you would need for your stay. The home has all updated appliances, comfortable beds, and nice bedding. The front porch has comfortable nice furniture and a gorgeous, unobstructed view of the mountains and pristine wilderness as far as you can see.We enjoyed our stay so much we have already booked again in the fall for an even longer stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy mountain cabin! The views were absolutely beautiful, and the location was perfect—close to attractions and just minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway. We’d definitely stay here again!

Bill was an amazing and responsive host and his place was perfect for our needs. It’s well appointed and the views were incredible. I highly recommend anyone wanting to explore the area to choose this spot.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Cabin was very clean and well furnished. Location was convenient for traveling to different areas of the mountains. Will definitely keep the cabin in mind for future trips. When all sections are open, proximity to the parkway is definitely a plus.
