This is a 3/2 condo on the Guadalupe River. Beautifully decorated and fully equipped with everything you need to have a great stay. There are so many things to do and see. Float down the Guadalupe River (tube rentals next door). Tour a winery in nearby Wimberly. Visit the oldest dance hall in Texas in close by Gruene. Take in a concert at Whitewater Amphitheater. Shop till you drop in San Marcos, just minutes away. Or just hang out and relax on a beautiful deck overlooking the river. Whatever you feel like doing, when you stay here, it will be A WEEKEND TO REMEMBER!

Really awesome location

Place is clean, comfortable king bed, the two queens my girlfriends said were uncomfortable but besides that it was a wonderful time and a very welcoming place to stay!

Quiet and remote. Perfect getaway.

We had a relaxing time. We loved staying here. It was meticulously maintained and the property manager was thorough and helpful. We definitely recommend to stay here with family and friends.

Wonderful Place

Great place to stay! The river was right in the backyard and the property had everything we needed. Tube rentals are walking distance from the condo. Will definitely be keeping this place in mind for our future trips.

Excellent Stay

We had an amazing experience at this property. Great location, property was very clean and stocked with everything needed, all we needed to bring was food. Communication with owner was excellent. We enjoyed our stay and will be back soon!!

Perfect Weekend

Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and so close to the water. We loved having the balcony to sit on as well. We can’t wait to visit again!

Bring your own tubes and float right in your stunning backyard. The master bed was AMAZING. Everything was great!

The condo was beautiful and they provide not only all needed for your stay but so much extra that would be considered on a grocery bill. All together we had a great stay and would consider going back on vacation.

This property stole our hearts with the beautiful views and massive rock cliffs.
Being by the river has a calming effect that is addictive.
The wildlife is unending. Nature is a gift.

We love sitting on the balcony with good friends and a good drink.
We kick back and relax and watch the show on the river.
When we have had rain, you can hear the water falling from the rock cliffs making a natural, peaceful water feature. Nature really does do something to bring an inner peace.
In the evening the night sounds come to life! IT'S AMAZING!!!!!

This property is available to rent off-season (November-February) at a special monthly rate. Inquire for details.
