Great location. Condo was super clean, decor was perfect for the area's history. Host was super communicative. Condo had everything we needed. Beds were super comfy. Highly recommend!

Perfect spot for my 3 kids and me. My oldest loved sitting on the upper balcony overlooking the river and the younger two enjoyed the deer from the lower balcony. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. Extra perk, I was happy to have laundry done before I got home.

We travel a lot and were very pleased with this property. The location is amazing and the condo had everything you could possibly need. We are very grateful for our time in this condo and in new Braunfels.

Loved our stay. Condo was perfect for us. It provided everything we needed. Our host was very accommodating and helpful. Kitchen was well stocked. Loved sitting on the balcony with great view of the Comal River. Quiet and relaxing. Highly recommend.

What a relaxing experience. Our group was looking for a relaxing long weekend and this place did not disappoint. Everything was comfortable and clean and the patio overlooking the river was awesome. The owners have taken great care to make this condo feel like a resort and it did not disappoint. Can’t wait to come back again.

Amenities were awesome, check-in was seamless, kitchen was stocked with everything needed, and it was in a great location close to downtown. The host was great, and the place was great. We’d love to book again

We absolutely loved our stay! The home was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Great location, easy check-in, and such a welcoming atmosphere—would definitely book again!

Float Inn was the perfect get-away for my husband and me. The downstairs and upstairs had large wall to wall windows overlooking the beautiful spring-fed Comal River. The huge primary bedroom had a vaulted ceiling and each bedroom had its own bathroom. I loved having a bathtub! Each floor had a large covered balcony. We could sit outside even when it rained. An added bonus is the covered parking. The complex has its own private entry onto the river. I can’t think of anything this home did not provide….. just a really nice place to escape to!
