This is a 3 bed 2.5 bath unit that is the LARGEST in the complex. It has been completely remodeled from floors, door, trim, and crown to the lighting and furniture in all rooms.

LOCATION: ‘Flip Flops’ Condo is one of many properties located in the Horizon South Properties which has three (3) phases. 'Flip Flops' is located on the south side of the property allowing for one of the quickest walks to the beach (Just 2 minutes). Just walk right out of the front door (no waiting 10 minutes for an elevator at a beach front condo)! All three (3) phases have access to all the large recreation areas where you may play horseshoes, basketball, tennis, shuffleboard, miniature golf and game room. There is a Jacuzzi spa, four (4) large pools, a baby pool and two (2) game pavilions. There is a clubhouse space that may also be rented for a separate fee for large family, church, or sport gatherings. That must be coordinated directly with Horizon South Property. It is approximately 1.5 miles west of Pier Park, which boasts countless shopping, restaurants, and other activities (Miracle Strip, Movies, Dave and Busters, etc.)

BEDROOMS / DEN: EVERY room has a FLAT SCREEN TV with streaming WI-FI services (Netflix, VUDU, etc.)

FAMILY ROOM: Includes two sofas, chair, end tables, coffee table, and large 50" flat screen TV. Kitchen table is also included for seating 4 people and a kitchen bar with 4 stools for additional seating.

KITCHEN: All appliances (stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave) are stainless steel Whirlpool and is equipped with all utensils and accessories for preparing meals for 8 people. Also included is a 12 cup coffee maker.

MASTER BEDROOM: One (1) King with 2 large closets, flat screen TV and a balcony.

MASTER BATHROOM: Double vanity with custom Shacker cabinetry and walk-in tile shower.

BUNK BED ROOM: Two (2) Full Bed Bunks that offer enough space for large children or young adults, also includes a flat screen TV.

GUEST BATHROOM: Completely remodeled shower/tub combo with vanity.

GUEST BEDROOM: One (1) Queen bed with a sleeper sofa (hide-away bed) and flat
screen TV with its own large balcony.

HALF BATH: Powder room with toilet and vanity that adjoins the main living area downstairs.

LAUNDRY ROOM: Stacked washer and dryer in a closed area in the main foyer. Provides enough space to wash items during your stay or before you depart for home.

WiFi is FREE and streams at 75 Mbps.

All bath and bed linens come included.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

Send me an email with your requested dates and I will email you an online quote and rental agreement. Upon payment, you will have access to the welcome package, which contains property and check-in information.

Then my goal is to provide your Travel Itinerary and Driving Directions to you and your traveling guests approximately 5 days prior to arrival, which will also include important access codes for getting into the property and home. So expect an email from us again after your initial booking. In the event you will be departing and will not have email access, then we can make special arrangements to ensure you arrive to ‘Flip Flops’ with no hiccups.
