Sunny Daze...at the heart of Panama City Beach!! All you need is your swim suit and sun screen!! Our home is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house with garage in a gated community. Walking distance to beach(4/10 mile), shopping, movie theaters, restaurants and Shipwreck Island Water Park! We provide a fully furnished home including beach chairs and beach toys! Our home is spacious and nicely decorated. We have a covered front porch and rear patio sitting areas for relaxing after a great day at the beach. The gated community also has 2 pools and playground. Minimum rental age is 25.

Softball and Sun

We stayed here last week for our Daughter’s softball World Series at Publix Sports Park, location is very convenient to the complex. The house was pretty much as described and what we expected for the reasonable price. We had everything we needed for the most part. Would have liked to have some patio furniture on the back patio to sit on, there is a set in the front but the back would have been peaceful. The subdivision is very busy, to be expected in the summer months, but we didn’t have any issues. Michael was great and very attentive to my calls and any concerns we had and was extremely flexible when I was booking and helpful with any questions we had as well. All in all we had a great stay!

Family Vacay

We had a family of 9 age range from infant to grandparents. This rental accommodated all of our needs and was spacious enough that we never felt cramped. The rental had all of the necessities we need for the week stay. The location of the property is very close to most activities and restaurants not too far of a drive if it wasn’t. I would definitely recommend and go back to stay at this property for any future bookings.

Loved the house

We loved the house. The only thing that’d make it better would be blackout curtains in the bedrooms when you want to sleep in. My son was able to fish in the pond in the backyard and caught about 5 fish. We never used the pools because they were always crowded. The house is conveniently located to everything you need. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Definitely would stay here again.

We had the best time at Palm Cove. Beautiful place, very clean. Space was great very quiet neighborhood. We will definitely be back. Mr.Michael was the best at communicating and asking if we needed anything or any help. AMAZING STAY

Nice house

The house was sufficient for our family, the beds were a little hard but doable. The street light did shine through the front 2 bedrooms but reaching out to the owner they are having blackout curtains put up to help with that problem. Easy to get answers from the owner and the house was in a great location easy to get to beach, stores everything

Nice house in PCB.

Nice house. Fully furnished. Great communication with owner. Love that they had some chairs and beach toys that could be borrowed. Saved us money from having to go buy some. Great trip. Thanks again.

Home away from home

The house was very clean and had all the necessities!!! Overall kid friendly as toys, movies, and beach toys were provided. The house is in a quiet neighborhood that is about 5 minutes from the beach and many other places to have fun and enjoy! The owner was amazing. He checked up on us to make sure we checked in and everything was fine. I had to contact him a couple of times, and he always answered in a timely manner!!! We would definitely use again!!! We had a great stay!!! It was more than we expected!!!

Summer Getaway - 5 nights - July 2023

The property was very convenient to restaurants and shopping, and only minutes to public beach parking. My family of 5 had a wonderful time. The twin beds are a little stiff, but we remedied that by buying 2inch foam toppers. The neighborhood was super quiet. All in all, it was a wonderful stay. Would rent again.

Loved it

Loved the property and the stay. Michael was very easy to work with and communicated well. I have nothing bad to say except the speed bumps are awful if u have a small car and the mattresses need updated. Would def stay again beautiful home.

Enjoyable

The house was in a great location, as it was close to ball fields we were playing at for the World Series. Spacious and mostly up to date. We enjoyed our time and would definitely return.

Nice little beach house

The property could use a little updating, especially new painting of the walls. Overall, we had a great stay. Had some issues with getting checked in on time due to the cleaning crew running late & they left some areas unclean. But I loved that I could communicate with the owner. He was very friendly & helpful. I would definitely stay again.

Nice and Quiet

All was very nice and well equipped. The mitattresses in the twin room will need to be updated before to long but still usable. Good location, nice and quiet. We will stay there again.

PCB fastpitch 2021

Rented this place for PCB fastpitch world series. Minutes from the fields and everything else you would need or want to do. Property owners was outstanding, and had great communication with us. Can't wait to do it again in 2023.

Great location horrible experience

It started when I asked for cleaning.The floors were sticky he attributed it to my kids eating ice cream which was bought in after his cleaning guy came to mop…we had no tissue there was cob webs everywhere the bathrooms were dirty the blinds broke and to top it off we had no use of the dryer and MICHAEL made sure to send some one one just for him to ramble on about how cheap this guy was and he was sure he wouldn’t fix it the dryer had no heating element…WE HAD TO FIND A LAUNDROMAT VERY INCONVENIENT especially being here for a softball tournament washing clothes was essential. The carpets are filthy the kept all our socks black on the bottom. The room in which had 2 twin beds the linen was dirty and of course we had no way to wash and dry it. Hopefully he hires a legit cleaning crew and makes sure his appliances are operational not just having a attitude of well I got no complaints previously…MICHAEL everyone doesn’t use everything it’s your responsibility as host to make sure your stuff is in working condition between stays…great area just/neighborhood just avoid SUNNY DAZE…I wish I could post pictures here if you stay his guest book has both good And bad reviews take heed
