We have recently updated our home decorated and furnished our home to provide the utmost in comfort and relaxation ensuring a truly memorable stay. Nestled in a tranquil neighborhood, you will be greeted by the welcoming southern charm as soon as you arrive. The open-concept layout allows for seamless flow and creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. Many guest have stated they loved the light bright living area.

Need a Stay-vacation ..our home has a extra family room if you are working from home while relaxing with the family.. or need to set up up a game room for the kids. High speed internet and lot's of family games for down time. We are less than 2 minutes to grocery shops and some of the best dining to be found.

Ok, almost a beach cottage:) As close as you can get to Isle of Palms without being on Island. Come discover this nice fresh beach decorated one level home in a quiet neighborhood . Not only is the beach only minutes away but you are surrounded by over 20 of the best restaurants, boutique shopping, breakfast places, movie theaters and more. Downtown Charleston is only a short drive over the Ravenel bridge...

The master has a king and a on suite bathroom the other bedrooms have a queen bed each and they share a bath.

Open floor plan offers great light and easy entertaining. A great open living area featuring a faux fireplace along with an extra family room for extra space for reading, office, conversation, or room for the kids to play their games etc. Features include Beautiful grey washed floors throughout, Granite counter tops and Stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Great back double porches overlooking the private backyard with 6 foot fence is around the entire back of property. Our outdoor space is relaxing with seating for many with a BBQ ready to fire up. It is beautiful at night with twinkle and garden lights....

SPECIAL NOTE: I AM ASKED IF THAT IS AN ANOTHER DWELLING ATTACHED IN PHOTO..IT IS NOT, IT IS A CUSTOM SHED ON THE PROPERTY ATTACHED TO DECK FOR STORAGE. THIS IS A SINGLE FAMILY HOME WITH YARDS ON BOTH SIDES OF HOME but entire back is 6 foot fenced in.

The fireplace was once a real wood-burning feature, but we’ve had to cap it off and it’s no longer in use. Unfortunately, the trees along the private nature trail behind the house have knocked the cap off several times, leading to unexpected rainwater inside and, sadly, squirrels misjudging their leaps. To prevent further mishaps for both our floors and furry friends, we’ve permanently sealed it.

Well stocked home, we have tried to think of everything you might need to make your stay comfortable. .. Sorry due to family allergies we can not host cat's. Any pet must be approved by owner before reservation is confirmed.

I love this neighborhood and want everyone who visits these homes to have the best experience. No 3rd party management company to get the run around with...We really try to make each experience the best and the homes as clean and comfortable as we can for our funky little neighborhood. We call them "Almost Beach Houses" because they are all cottage style homes and the closest neighborhood to beach on the Mount Pleasant side of connector.

We have high speed internet and a smart TV - no cable....your on vacation:)
