Only 10 minutes to Isle of Palms beach and 10 minutes to Shipyard Park! And if shopping is your fancy, Town Center is 10 minutes away and downtown Charleston only 25 minutes. Plenty of room for the whole family- can easily accommodate 7 people. Quaint backyard space with a BBQ grill and a sunny front porch with chairs for morning coffee to start your day. We had a wonderful stay! Although there was a small maintenance issue, the owner came out incredibly quickly to take care of it and even took the time to give us some helpful recommendations and traffic advice. The home was very comfortable, and we were able to truly relax and feel right at home.The communication was above and beyond from the very beginning. They even reached out to make sure we arrived and got settled in okay, which we really appreciated. I couldn’t have been happier with our experience, and our family definitely plans to come back again!

Townhome worked great for us to attend weekend tournament at Shipyard. Location great, clean and nice. Only problem was thermostat was locked and like it cooler at night.

Perfect location

We LOVED the townhouse. It was a great location for us as we wanted to be in close proximity to The Shipyard Park and we could easily access all that Mt Pleasant had to offer.

Weekend stay after our cruise.

Came back on Thursday from a 5 night cruise and wanted to finish out our week visiting Charleston and the beach. Close enough to everything for us. Quiet area. Enjoyed our stay.

Very comfortable and convenient townhome

The home was very clean and comfortable and was stocked with everything we needed. The location was convenient and the host was very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to book it again on a future trip.

Wonderful townhome stay.

My family enjoyed a great stay at this townhome. Everything was immaculate and well stocked. The home is conveniently located near many shopping areas and the beach. It is also only minutes away from Charleston. We will gladly stay again.

Great place to stay if your playing at Shipyard Park

We had a great time staying. Krystal was available for help whenever needed. The place was a close drive to all our vacation destinations. Clean, comfy!!! Can’t say enough good things!!!

Great for Baseball!

Perfect location for a tournament at Shipyard Park and quick drive over to IOP for beach time. Great value as well for 3 bedrooms. Owner was very responsive and accommodating, even with a last minute request to modify our reservation. Thank you, Krystal!

Great location

It was clean. Well stocked exactly what we saw is what we got. My wife loved the water pressure in shower. Short drive too charleston and magnolia gardens. Would absolutly stay again

Quiet and peaceful

This is a very quiet home, and neighborhood. The neighbors were friendly. The area is a good place to walk with our dog. The owners even got us beach chairs, since the beautiful beaches are only 15 min away. The upstairs porch was a great place to relax and read.

Spring break 2024

Very nice rental. Conveniently located between Charleston and the beach. Comfortable beds. Well maintained and clean, except for the couch in the living room (smells really bad we did not use it at all). Would recommend and rent it again in the future 👍

Great neighborhood! Bella rates the neighborhood 5 woofs! Nearby to everything, but NO noise! 3 BR. Fenced in backyard. Private.

Spacious and close to everything

We were visiting Mt. Pleasant for my son’s baseball tournament at Shipyard Park. It was the perfect location for our family of 4 and my parents for the week. We were less than 15 minutes from the park, 20 minutes to meet up with friends at the beach, and shopping/convenient stores were easily accessed. Everything was clean, plenty of linens, and the essentials were all provided. We almost stayed in a hotel nearby and I’m so thankful that we found this little home for the week! Thank you!!!
