1st Floor (outside): Covered patio with bar height table and 2 rope swing chairs, 6 Adirondack chairs, 2-4 lounge chairs, 2 hammocks, mister and outdoor shower with HOT water.

1st Floor (garage): 1 Fishing Kayak, 2 Fun Kayaks, 1-2 paddleboard, paddles, 3 bikes, 3 fishing poles, beach toys for kids, Bocce Ball, Ping Pong Table, Corn Hole, various games/toys and 75” TV! (You MUST rinse everything off before putting away...leave garage in same condition you found it)

2nd Floor (inside) : Fully Stocked Kitchen with New SS Appliances, Dining Table which seats 6 (plus 2 more at kitchen bar), Leather Triple Reclining Sectional which seats 7 comfortably and a HUGE 75” Flat Screen TV with Playstation 4 (2 controllers & games). This floor also has the Washer/Dryer as well as 1 Bedroom and 1 Bath with Double Bed.

2nd Floor (outside): Bar height table with 6 chairs, 2-person swing, and Green Egg for BBQing or Smoking (Bring your own Charcoal and please clean it out after use).

3rd Floor: Master Suite (King Bed) with Mini-Split, private a balcony and 2 chairs to watch the sunset as Huge Flat Screen TV. The Master Bath has ample counter space with vanity area as well as a walk in shower with 2 Shower Heads and Jets...just like a spa! The 3rd Bedroom is also on this floor with a Queen Bed, Twin Bed and private bath. New Dehumidifier in hallway.

The home sleeps 7 in beds and the sectional with recliners is very comfortable if there is a 8th person or snorer in the family...haha. Therefore, MAXIMUM OF 8 TOTAL STAYING AND VISITING. So please don’t rent with expectation of having others come enjoy beach/pier (exceeding 8)…neighbors anc HOA keeps a close eye out.

Some additional features/perks: Whole House Mesh Wifi/Internet (fastest offered), High Definition TVs w/Roku, Bluetooth Speakers, Sony Playstation 4 (Blu-Ray Player) and PlayStation 3 with controllers/games and a Printer/Paper for those who bring their work with them, like us ;-)
