The view was amazing! We watched the sunrise every morning and enjoyed our coffee while we listened to the birds. We were hoping to have a relaxing weekend and it was perfect for that.

Great location and just the right size for my wife and me. Centrally located. Loved the outside porch, covered porch, and fireplace. Will definitely book this rental again.

Mountain trip to Franklin NC

We came to Franklin for a weeks stay and chose this location for proximity to local attractions. Condo decor was nice, amenities simple but adequate.

A roomy villa with a terrific view, comfy bed and a well- equipped kitchen. The garage for indoor parking was a plus. Property Managers Sally & Jerry Mass were extremely responsive to our questions and addressed any concerns in quick order!

Lovely Mountain Condo

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo! The decoration is lovely and the space is incredibly clean and inviting. It felt just like home! Will definitely stay again on our next trip to Franklin.

Beautiful Home & Property

We enjoyed the house and our stay. Everything was perfectly clean and in good working order. We had all that we needed- privacy, great views, wonderful bed, and it all felt like home away from home. We would definitely rent again when in the area.

Beautiful Sunrise

Had a great stay here, convenient point to visit other nearby towns. Wished I was able to get the captions off the tv screen. Nice quiet location.

Fabulous mountain retreat with golf and spectacular views!

My wife and I have had 1 week stays at this beautiful North Carolina mountain retreat for two years now, and fully intend to go back again next year. Clean, well appointed, and close to the beautiful town of Franklin, it's a perfect get away spot. If you golf, the Mill Creek Golf Course is awesome, just a few minutes away. Lots of friendly folks in the neighborhood!!

Heaven

We have stayed here before and love the condo, the view and ease of getting up the mountain. We couldn’t ask for anything more. Our only wish is that it could be rented as a 2 bedroom . Our traveling friends would love it

Mountain View and Golf

This was our second stay in this unit and we plan to return next year. Unit is comfortable, clean, homey. Everything was in working order. The view is exceptional, and the location, close to the golf course, is wonderful. Highly recommended for a couple.

Great view!

Great place, great view, convenient location to town. Check in instructions were ambiguous as were departure guidelines. ( Having to dispose of trash, 5 miles round trip was a first!) But would stay there again!

Great Mountain Villa

Just returned from 2 wonderful weeks n the smoky mountains. Condo was simply but elegantly furnished with a European flair. Best of all was a beautiful mountain view from the deck, perfect for a glass of wine (or two) in the late afternoon. Even had an attached garage as well as level entry. Fully equipped kitchen as well as washer and dryer. Wonderfully comfortable king size bed- wish we could have taken it home with us. Hope to go back sometime.

Only one tiny thing I would improve if the host. Shampoo the kitchen area rug or remove it. The setting was nicely clean otherwise.

TV Trouble

I was told that the caption problem on the tv I experienced on a previous visit had been corrected. It was not and I had to look at captions my entire two week stay. Extremely disappointed!!!

Hi Martha, we are sorry for this inconvenience. Had you called us we would have come within 10 minutes and shown you how to correct the setting on your remote. We are here to help any time, but you need to call, email, or send a text through VRBO in order for us to know there is a problem. We do hope you were still able to relax and enjoy the extravagant view from our lovely property!

The property was clean and beautiful. We arrived late and the check in process after 9pm is rather unacceptable. We were told to be patient and we would be rewarded for waiting at the gate for another resident to hopefully arrive and open it for us. Our other option was to get a motel per the property manager. However, there weren’t any motels in the area. We waited for 40 minutes and finally one of us walked through the property about a half mile in the dark to get the key for the gate. We unfortunately got caught in construction on our drive in and couldn’t arrive before 9. There should be an alternate solution. As for the home, it’s lovely and has everything you need. The pillows need replaced (they are all flat and old) and some more comfortable furniture would be nice but what is there works.

Everything was clean and neat. Everything was in good working order and we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The view was just as promised - absolutely beautiful! We enjoyed spending lots of time taking in the the cool mountain air and the gorgeous scenery while relaxing on the deck and in the sun room. The host was very accessible, courteous and responsive to our needs. The only slight negative was that we noticed that the previous guest had written in the guestbook that one of the bathroom towel racks was loose, but we found that it had not yet been repaired. One caution - this is a condo/villa connected to another twin unit. There were times when we heard the neighbors' conversations, dog and music. So if you're looking for total quiet and privacy this may not be the best choice. Suggestions: 1) Consider putting higher wattage bulbs in the dining area chandelier. The dining area was very dark especially in the evening and night time. 2) Consider switching the bedrooms to give the guests the bedroom with the mountain view.

Beautiful Mountain Get away!

Easy access and property was just as beautiful as pictures online. We especially enjoyed the sunrise over the mountains each morning and watching the deer run in the woods below the deck each evening.
