This condo was perfect! It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and was in a perfect location. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if visiting again!

Very nice condo, beautiful property, but there was no beach access when it was implied in the listing. Other than that we enjoyed the stay and would book again

So Glad the Condo met your vacation needs. Our condo property does sit right on the Atlantic Ocean and the view from the pool is endless. In front of the pool the Property has its own small beach but it’s more for sunning than swimming as the ocean in front of the property is rather rocky and shallow. However, hope you found the largest beach on the Island is right next door, just a 3-minute walk from the property. That beach is Smather’s Beach. This is also where you can rent all the beach toys: catamarans, windsurfers, paddle boards, beach lounge chairs, umbrellas, etc., and they also have para-sailing available. Hope you return and we welcome being your host again in the future.

The condo itself was great. I just wish I had known there was no view to speak of except the courtyard. The kitchen was well stocked, but I would add baking sheets & plastic mixing bowls.

We do post views from the condo balcony on the VRBO website but realize not everyone explores the posted pictures. Thanks for the heads up on the kitchen items we will add them to the cupboards. We really enjoyed our stay! We liked the fact that it was a quieter location and appreciated the great communication from the host. The pool was amazing and all the extras within the condo were wonderful (beach towels, tennis rackets and balls, beach chairs, etc).

We loved the condo and all its amenities. Balcony was huge. Plenty if room throughout. Pool area adjacent to the beach was beautiful. The location was great. When we arrived we parked in the designated parking space and did not use my car for the length of our stay. We Ubered everywhere and every Uber we took arrived in 1 minute! I highly recommend this property. Our hosts were great too

Loved this condo and recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet location with easy access to Smathers and Higgs beaches. The condo has a full kitchen and the w/d were great since we didn't have to pack too many clothes. The owner was very communicative. Would definitely stay there again.

Weekend get away

The place was clean, we loved the deck and chairs very comfortable and great location. We rented bikes or uber and easily able to access various highlights. Really enjoyed the stay

Nice place to stay

The rooms were great and the location being 2.5 miles from Duval was good. The ocean is rocky to walk out on so make sure you pack water shoes.
