A Pet Friendly Home Located In The Heart Of Kanab, UT

Circle R Cottage is located in the downtown area of Kanab. It is a cute little 3 bedroom 2 bath home that can accommodate groups of 6-8 people. With a fully equipped kitchen guests are able to stay in for meals. There is an electric oven, stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, and a coffee maker. There is also a bbq and outdoor eating area. There is a very large fenced in back yard with a fire pit. The Circle R Cottage is perfect for families or groups. It is located only two blocks from the downtown area which allows guests to do a number of different activities right from the house. (Biking, Walking, Shopping, Hiking, Eating out, Etc..)
The house has central heat/air. There are original hardwood floors throughout the upstairs of the home. It is a very bright and cozy house,and is located in a great neighborhood.

You should stay here!

What a great stay! Absolutely spotless, well appointed for everything you may need, and comfortable beds. Cozy house and plenty of room to hang out as a family. We will be staying here again, we loved it!!

Girls Getaway

I had so much fun visiting the Kanab area with my three daughters. We spent 3 days and 2 nights, just as girls, when they came home between semesters. The home was perfect. Clean, comfortable, plenty of room and close to town. It was a great place to come back to after our daily adventures. We enjoyed just hanging out together in the evening. It was nice to have a well stocked kitchen where we could brew crio brew, whip up a snack, make dinner, or whatever. I would definitely come back again. I’d love to come in the springtime and bring the whole family.

Great house in the heart of Kanab

This house was perfect for our family of four (but it can definitely sleep more if needed). It’s within walking distance of many shops and restaurants in Kanab. It’s a quiet little neighborhood with a big fenced in yard. We’d definitely stay here again!

Kanab stay

Great, clean, quiet property. Close to several national parks and within walking distance to many restaurants and the community pool. We really enjoyed having the separate downstairs area to ourselves.

Good location and Nice Clean Home.

The house was clean and in a good location. I would give it a 5/5 instead of a 4/5 if it had a dishwasher, garbage disposal and a better coffee maker.

Great base for exploring Zion and Bryce

Great house, very clean, everything we needed for a few days exploring Zion and Bryce. Also some great food/drink options within walking distance from the house. Highly recommend.

Home away from home vibes

Perfect location and so thankful it is pet friendly. Close to so many different national and state parks. We all felt right at home with all the ammenities like the washer/dryer and coffee machine. Place was very clean and well maintained. My dog enjoyed the fenced in backyard and was crated while indoors. He's a chocolate lab and there was plenty of room both indoors and outdoors for him to have a good time. Would come here again.

Great location and property

Perfect location in Kanab. Easy walk to restaurants and coffee, plus a short drive to the markets. Great central location for visiting the parks (1 to 1-1/2 hrs) and Best Friends Animal Sanctuary. The bed are comfy and the kitchen well stocked for eating in. Another family member recommended this place and we are glad they did. It made our stay in the area wonderful.

Best spot we have stayed in Kanab

Awesome house that reminded me of staying at grandmas. Backyard was great for our dogs and the split level gave us and our friends a little extra privacy at the end of the day. Camt wait for our next utah trip as we have a amazing spot to look forwad too!

Great house in a great location!

We had 6 adults and 2 dogs stay in the house for a week and it was a great spot! Perfect backyard for the dogs and just hanging out. Great location in town! Love that we could walk so many places.

Great Stay! Highly Recommend!

Everything was perfect. The house was charming and so clean! We just had our 1 year old with us but it would be perfect for a family with older kiddos as well or someone with pets. The area itself is beautiful with a lot of things nearby to do. Everything was great!

Candid review of house.

Nice house, good layout and very convenient to walk to businesses and restaurants, but there were a few things that were not mentioned in the bio that would have made us pass over this house. The backyard, although fenced in, did not have access from the house. We had to leash the dogs, go out the front door and around to access the backyard. There is a side door, but it is completely unsafe as there is no railing and one of our dogs stepped out and dropped off the side. He is blind and got too close to the side. The way the door opens means the only way down is to go to the steps to the left and hug the side of the house. The front steps are wide, but again, for us older folks there is no railing. I had to loan my cane to another guest just so they could get up and down. There are also some breaks in the sidewalk that are a trip and fall hazard. If a person is used to handrails in the shower, you will find those lacking and the tub has a rounded bottom which meant less room to stand securely to shower and possible issues getting in and out of the shower.

Very comfortable. Host wonderful. But- need to fix sidewalk and install railing on steps.

Very comfortable home, and host is very helpful and quick to respond to questions. Only issue for us at 79 years old was no railings on steps going in. Sidewalk very uneven also. But everything else was great - location awesome, quiet neighborhood, house had everything we needed.

Perfect house in a perfect location

This was our second stay. This house has plenty of room for my family of 5. My kids love the basement living and bedroom. I love that the house is a quick walk to all the best restaurants in Kanab. The town of Kanab has great food options and is located within about 1.5 hours of the Grand Canyon’s north rim, Bryce Canyon, and about 1 hr from Zion Nat Park visitor center. Kanab is also in a beautiful area itself, and has days worth of activities close by even if a visitor weren’t interested in the Nat Parks. We will stay here again every time we are in the area.
