A Pet Friendly Home Located In The Heart Of Kanab, UT

Circle R Cottage is located in the downtown area of Kanab. It is a cute little 3 bedroom 2 bath home that can accommodate groups of 6-8 people. With a fully equipped kitchen guests are able to stay in for meals. There is an electric oven, stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, and a coffee maker. There is also a bbq and outdoor eating area. There is a very large fenced in back yard with a fire pit. The Circle R Cottage is perfect for families or groups. It is located only two blocks from the downtown area which allows guests to do a number of different activities right from the house. (Biking, Walking, Shopping, Hiking, Eating out, Etc..)
The house has central heat/air. There are original hardwood floors throughout the upstairs of the home. It is a very bright and cozy house,and is located in a great neighborhood.

Charming House

We loved this charming house. We were 2 couples with plenty of space. The neighborhood was nice and it was close to the downtown area. We would love to rent this house again the next time we viist Kanab.

Fantastic Base in Kanab

This was a great place to stay as our base while we explored Kanab. The pictures described the property well and was quite spacious. The retro appliances in the kitchen were a cute touch. We loved the enclosed back yard and enjoyed spending time there. The apricot trees were in full bloom and the neighbor’s extremely gentle and friendly dog would wait for us at the fence to say hello. Walking to the grocery store, shops and restaurants (Rocking V was our favorite) was a treat. Would definitely stay again next time we are in the area.

Nice Getaway

Our family came to town to hike and took a couple of extra days just to relax. We loved the home and the quiet neighborhood.

Great place! I loved how easily we could walk to the coffee shop and other stores. Also, this was a great place to stay and then go to Bryce Canyon and Zion.

You should stay here!

What a great stay! Absolutely spotless, well appointed for everything you may need, and comfortable beds. Cozy house and plenty of room to hang out as a family. We will be staying here again, we loved it!!

Girls Getaway

I had so much fun visiting the Kanab area with my three daughters. We spent 3 days and 2 nights, just as girls, when they came home between semesters. The home was perfect. Clean, comfortable, plenty of room and close to town. It was a great place to come back to after our daily adventures. We enjoyed just hanging out together in the evening. It was nice to have a well stocked kitchen where we could brew crio brew, whip up a snack, make dinner, or whatever. I would definitely come back again. I’d love to come in the springtime and bring the whole family.

Great house in the heart of Kanab

This house was perfect for our family of four (but it can definitely sleep more if needed). It’s within walking distance of many shops and restaurants in Kanab. It’s a quiet little neighborhood with a big fenced in yard. We’d definitely stay here again!

Kanab stay

Great, clean, quiet property. Close to several national parks and within walking distance to many restaurants and the community pool. We really enjoyed having the separate downstairs area to ourselves.

The house was clean and in a good location. I would give it a 5/5 instead of a 4/5 if it had a dishwasher, garbage disposal and a better coffee maker.

Great base for exploring Zion and Bryce

Great house, very clean, everything we needed for a few days exploring Zion and Bryce. Also some great food/drink options within walking distance from the house. Highly recommend.

Home away from home vibes

Perfect location and so thankful it is pet friendly. Close to so many different national and state parks. We all felt right at home with all the ammenities like the washer/dryer and coffee machine. Place was very clean and well maintained. My dog enjoyed the fenced in backyard and was crated while indoors. He's a chocolate lab and there was plenty of room both indoors and outdoors for him to have a good time. Would come here again.

Great location and property

Perfect location in Kanab. Easy walk to restaurants and coffee, plus a short drive to the markets. Great central location for visiting the parks (1 to 1-1/2 hrs) and Best Friends Animal Sanctuary. The bed are comfy and the kitchen well stocked for eating in. Another family member recommended this place and we are glad they did. It made our stay in the area wonderful.

Best spot we have stayed in Kanab

Awesome house that reminded me of staying at grandmas. Backyard was great for our dogs and the split level gave us and our friends a little extra privacy at the end of the day. Camt wait for our next utah trip as we have a amazing spot to look forwad too!
