The home sits several feet forward of Rosemary Beach homes and boasts panoramic views on 3 sides of the second floor great room. Enjoy total relaxation in the private swimming pool. The spacious great room with vaulted ceiling is accented with wooden beams and includes the wide living room, dining area, and and inviting large kitchen with breakfast bar. Awaken to views of the Gulf from the master bedroom located on the ground floor. This expansive suite includes a king sized bed, large sitting area, private bath and access to a private Gulf front porch. Also on this floor is an additional guest suite and private adjoining bath. This is a lovely property in a perfect location. The pictures our representative of what you get. There are also some bonus kitty cats wandering about the property! We stayed with our two children and two golden retrievers, and everyone had a great time. We would recommend and also return!

Great location on the beach and easy access to Rosemary Beach shops and restaurants. Beach is beautiful - white sand and clear green water. Having the two beach chairs and umbrella included and a pool to come back to cool down in after the beach is great.

Great location, incredible view, perfect place for our family vacation. Accommodations were top notch and anything we felt we needed, was onsite. Communication with host was wonderful and I really appreciate her flexibility in scheduling when we had a family emergency. Perfect week! Thank you!!!

Great house! Perfect location. Views are breath taking! Very short walk to the heart of Rosemary's beach where all the shops and restaurants are located. Highly recommend!

Overall the experience was great. The location was perfect right on the beach. The beach access was effortless. The beach chair company and private beach access was outstanding. The only issue was that there was cat hair all over the place. And both my wife and daughter had allergic reactions. There was also cats on the bottom patio that were used to being fed. We didn’t feel comfortable going out there. It would have been good to know this. But outside of that, the pace was top notch. The cat hair and cats on the premises were an issue for the family.

Amazing Beach Front Home

We had an amazing and relaxing stay - perfectly located in Rosemary Beach with easy access to restaurants and the water.

This VRBO rental had high potential but did not live up to its listing. Positives were a great location directly over the beach, great views, comfortable and clean beds, and very tastefully appointed artwork and equipment throughout. Negatives: furniture in the great room and on the porches showed wear and furniture cushions in the great room were damp and soiled; one of the pots in a kitchen cabinet had remnants of macaroni & cheese and the otherwise-capable Breville toaster oven's crumb tray was jammed closed and full of grease; and dust was everywhere. We ended up dusting the entire place, including the window blinds and under the beds, then noticed overhead that the air registers were trimmed in dust; further examination showed that the air conditioning filter had been mis-installed, so the ventilation system has been acting as a dust distributor. The above said, text communication with the owner resulted in immediate response by her property manager, who came over, addressed the kitchen issues, and cleaned up around the pool and grounds. We left the place significantly cleaner than we found it, and the owner compensated us with a 200 refund, but the net rental cost should not have reflected a need that that we clean the place ourselves in order to enjoy our stay. If the owner can get maintenance under control, this place would be worth the listing price.

This home in Rosemary Beach is wonderful. The view of the Gulf is spectacular. Lovely, comfortable chairs on the deck. The home is very comfortable. Was sad to leave.

Beautiful

Really enjoyed our 9 night stay. Beautiful home with stunning views. The location was great and the quiet, gated community steps to the private beach was perfect for our family. The daily service on the beach was much appreciated as well. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a private, gated neighborhood with RFID access to the beach to help keep the community peaceful and private. While it's a short walk to Rosemary and Aly's Beach, the roads are code access only avoiding onlookers and big crowds within the neighborhood.

The hardest part about staying at the Beach house is having to leave! The views in all directions are incredible and the house is the perfect size for a family or friends get away. Not too big and not too small - just right!
