Great property, Once checked in everything was good. We checked in late due to late flight and rental car pick up! There were a few details that weren’t clear about how to check in, however was quickly solved with a phone call to Bob/Tara. The only issue if I have to have one is there wasn’t any lights on when we first arrived.at 1am.

Excellent property in Atlanta

Bob and Tara are excellent hosts and have created a very comfortable area. The space is roomy and had everything we needed for our extended stay. I would highly recommend staying here.

Bob and Tara's home is wonderful. As a repeat guest, I always feel at home; the location is close to my work; and there is a growing number of restaurants and services in the area that make it just right for me.

My second stay at Bob and Tara's home. I commute to Atlanta for work and the property is close to my office and provides that "at home" feeling at the end of the day.

An amazing experience!

The home was amazing! Bob and Tara were very responsive and very pleasant. They were informative and accommodating as well. My wife and I felt at ease with the location of the home. Their home was extremely clean, which is my type of clean. I highly recommend booking with them and would definitely book again in the near future!

This felt like home! Tara & Bob made us feel welcome right away. Loved having my morning coffee on the expansive outdoor patio. No problems with communication. We needed a place close to the Cobb Galleria and we were only 5 miles away. Definitely would stay there again.

Beautiful Property and Wonderful Hosts

Me and my fiancée loved staying at this property. The weather was less than optimal during our stay but with a property like this, it didn't matter. There was plenty to do inside, and more than enough space. Although Bob and Tara were right upstairs, we still felt as if we had all the privacy we desired.The small details such as having coffee, towels and even common travel size supplies really made the stay enjoyable. To top it off, once they learned that I had a surprise engagement they even went the extra mile to congratulate us. If we return to visit Atlanta again we will definitely be back!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

I rented the home to have a nice, relaxing time away, and I was not disappointed. The home was convenient to Atlanta, but far enough away from the city to unwind. Great place to stay!

Better then pictured. Loved it.

Having stayed in many many rentals I rate this as one of my favorites. I stayed for a month and I would have extended my stay but unfortunatly they were booked. I find too many rentals, on competitive sites, are not as they have been described. Tara & Bob's place was exactly as pictured. Comfortable, private, extremely well kept with an attention to detail that I greatly appreciate. The neighborhood was wonderful, laid back and safe. I particulary loved when their black lab would come to the door to visit.

Beautiful home in peaceful neighborhood with gorgeous backyard.

This property is a real gem located in a quiet neighborhood with a very private backyard. My husband and I stayed for a week and felt like we were "at home" while being away from our own home. The apartment is very spacious and is decorated beautifully with so many thoughtful amenities. If we are in the Atlanta area again, we would definitely want to stay here!

Rare Find

We stayed here for 11 nights. What an oasis to come back to each night! The apartment was beyond clean, tastefully decorated, fully outfitted and had so much space to unwind in! The bed was very comfortable and blackout shades in bedroom made for a restful sleep. There are multiple glass doors and windows, yet they all face a private fenced yard so it never felt unsafe or lacking in privacy. We were away all day, mainly only enjoyed the apartment at night - the lighting was as soft or bright as we needed it to be. Meal prep was easy in the fully outfitted kitchen, deep sink made clean-up a snap, and the dishwasher was so quiet we could run it while we were home. The large empty storage closets were appreciated for tucking away suitcases and supplies. Bob and Tara were quick to respond to any questions, but were also very respectful of our desire for privacy.

Rob and Tara were great to work with.

The property is great the apartment is very well stocked. The owers are great they made sure we had everything we needed. Very comfortable the wife and I would stay there again if we are in the Atlanta area again. Thanks again for the great stay we had.

Beautiful terrace apartment

Bob and Tara are excellent hosts, extremely considerate and accommodating. The apartment is beautiful and spotless! Plenty of space for 2 people with all the comforts of home. Location was perfect for our needs, close to the highway and groceries. Highly recommend and we will hopefully be returning for another visit.

The most wonderful retreat!

Met the owners the day we arrived, went over everything and they even offered suggestions for sight seeing. House sits in the quaint outskirts of Atlanta, easy to get everywhere. Easy access to stores and a ton of great places to eat. House was clean and everything we needed for a 4 day stay was provided. If you are planning a trip to Atlanta, this is THE place to stay! Thank you Bob and Tara, we had a great trip.

Excellent!!

This is truly a beautiful property and Bob and Tara were very gracious hosts. They waited for us to check-in even though it was late and showed us around the lovely apartment. It's perfect for a couple and the garden and patio in front make for a lovely, secluded setting. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks again for such great hospitality!

Beautiful!

We stayed with Bob and Tara June 27th through July 2nd and the pictures honestly do not do this place justice! It's gorgeous! Everything is beautifully decorated. We had complete privacy, a separate entrance with a security code (the last 4 digits of your phone number) which I thought was a very nice addition. While the bed is comfortable we did find ourselves enjoying sleeping on the couch even more. It is that comfortable. They have the wifi passwords and the popular channels listed, including the channel for Netflix. We did enjoy playing on the pool table and the foosball table as well. Nice things to have since there were a few rainy days and that saved us from venturing out. Plenty of nearby shopping for groceries or even places for takeout. The only thing we did not enjoy is how active the train is. We definitely heard it a minimum of five times a day. Other than this, everything was lovely.

THE BEST PLACE IN ATLANTA TO STAY!

Me and my Husband stayed at this immaculate apartment for our 10 year Wedding Anniversary. From day one Robert and Tara was wonderful to work with. They made our life so much easier. Any questions we had they had all the answers and more. When we arrived to the apartment it took our breath away. No guessing or having any doubts what you see in the pictures is what you get and more. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, very nicely decorated and very entertaining. Great location close to great shopping, restaurants and downtown Atlanta where you can visit all the attractions. Robert had suggested a few places to eat and visit. Both Robert and Tara went above and beyond to help make our stay a fantastic one. Wifi and cable were perfect. All in all, we had an excellent stay and would not hesitate to stay here again. Our home away from home! Thanks Robert and Tara you guys are THE BEST!!! Mr. & Mrs. White

Beautiful house right outside of Atlanta

The house we stayed in was beautiful. The way it was decorated and furnished looked really nice the house has a great style and you feel very comfortable in there. We didn't miss a thing. Everything was provided and the hosts gave us lots of Tipps where to go and what to do. Really kind was the little fruit plate and a cool soda that was standing on the counter when we got to the house. We didn't miss a thing in the kitchen. Also the bathrooms were really nice and we had enough towels. As well as an separate room as a closet. We had lots of fun playing pool. Thank you so much ! We had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend your home !! The Riexinger family. Vielen Dank an die sehr netten Gastgeber! Es ist eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Gastgeber/Eigentümer waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit, z.b. mit Tipps zum essen gehen.... Sehr nett fanden wir auch ein kühles Getränk und eine Obstschale zum Empfang. Küche komplett eingerichtet. Bäder sehr schön mit genügend Handtüchern....und auch ein begehbarer Kleiderschrank. Auch das Billard spielen hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit. WIr würden wieder diese Unterkunft buchen. Familie Riexinger Deutschland

Happily married couple enjoying life in the ATL. Passion for travel, especially beaches and SCUBA excursions. We love the VRBO community and hope our own home can be enjoyed during people's visit to our city.

We love animals - we have two dogs - they are our "children." :) Tara is a jewelry artist with a knack for interior design, and Robert's passion is baseball and great restaurants.

Tara's roots hail from South Carolina and Robert's began in New England. We both love travel ... our favorite destinations include Cabo San Lucas, San Diego, New England, Turks & Caicos and Vietnam! You don't have to ask Tara twice about the chance for her next great adventure.

We absolutely love the Vinings community and its close proximity to everything Atlanta has to offer. We live on a very private street with no neighbors on three sides of our home. 5 minute walk to grocery shopping (Kroger), Irish Pub (Keegan's) and neighborhood NY-style pizza (St. Angelo's - delicious!). Lots of other great restaurants, shopping and entertainment within a short driving distance.

From the train that traverses through the community to the quaint Vinings village, we can't imagine living anywhere else.
