View the Gulf of Mexico from this Condo with Private access to a Quiet beach. Upstairs is a Master Bedroom with a queen Tempurpedic mattress, Full Master Bathroom, and Ocean-view Sundeck. The second Bedroom has 2 twin beds and a full bed, with a Full Bathroom. On the Main Floor is a 1/2 Bath and Gulf-facing Porch off the Family Room.

The Kitchen is stocked for a Chef with new counters and cabinets. There is a Full-size washer and dryer. On the ground level, you will find a Weber grill, Buckets of beach toys for the kids, and 2 separate enclosed showers for cleaning up after a trip to the beach. It's an easy walk across the street to the Beach Planet for shopping and a Gas Station equipped with groceries and an Ice Cream shop. The Cape's 11-mile Paved walking and bike Path is just a few steps from this Condo.

My wife and I had a GREAT time. It was so quiet and peaceful. It took us literally 30 seconds to go to the beach.

The interior of this property is very nice and very well-equipped. It is spacious and can accommodate a pretty large family. The only real negative is beach access. The community beach walk to access the beach was out and you had to use beach access via other folks property. The immediate beach area has eroded and requires a short walk to find an area suitable for a beach canopy. There are State park properties just a few miles down the cape that are very nice for a small fee. Sunsets were spectacular, both the ocean and bay waters were clear, and although restaurants were limited on the cape...the food was excellent. An outstanding choice for a family on a budget...Jeff M

Everything was wonderful for our family of 5 for spring break. We had most all we needed in the kitchen. Only thing missing was kids dishes. The games were a nice addition and plenty of beach gear provided. The cape is a wonderful place to visit and this condo offered us an affordable option to be able to spend endless time at the beach!

Great location!

We have stayed at Cape San Blas two other times but this is our first time staying at this location. It was a fantastic stay! Spacious inside and an easy walk to the beach.

Awesome location, stocked property!

We spent a week here and had a wonderful time. Property was clean, well stocked and a short walk (even with a 5 y/o) to the beach. Great location and the beach was beautiful. Thank you for the great accommodations!

Great location, quaint, quiet nhood. Shaded parking- a big plus. Outdoor shower and sink. Supplies in the house. Comfortable, clean- we would definitely like to return here.

Easy, comfortable, so close to the beach (but far enough to be safe), nice view. Good bed, we’ll equipped kitchen, lots of games and stuff.

At Cape San Blas you can walk to the bay side of the peninsula where the scalloping is famous nationwide and walk down to the Gulf side and see a wide expanse of ocean and watch unbelievable sunsets. What we love about our property is access - the Gulf primarily, but to the bayside and to the bike/walking trail. Everything is so accessible.

We love coming to the condo on the beach. First of all, we have so many wonderful and funny memories. Secondly, there is nothing more soothing than hearing the ocean waves and feeling the breeze. It lulls us right to sleep! We love to cook and the kitchen is set up for creative cooking and has every accessory you could need. We hope you love coming to the beach as much as we do.
