The property was great and as described. When we arrived we had no wifi access due to recent storms, but Andrea showed up very quickly and spent as much time and effort as she could to get us hooked up. She was so friendly and personable, so we really appreciated her!

Great place for short term stay!

Condo was perfrct. Close to beach and pool area was wonderful to cool off.

Nice relaxing getaway

Easy to find location and close to the beach. Unit was clean and comfortable. Would recommend renting golf cart - easier to find spot on beach.

Great Property!

Great property and well maintained. 10 minute walk to the beach. Pool is a great escape as well.

Great location close to the beach

The condo was perfectly sized for my husband and toddler. It was impeccable. The pool is nice. My son enjoyed a lot the beach and the pool.

Great Place , very good cleaning and location

I really like the apartment, all the furniture were nice and clean. My only suggestion is to have a better shades or curtains in the leaving room where the sofa-bed is located to because it was too bright at night from the light coming from the street.

Enjoyed our Stay

Nice property - good location and close to the beach. Extra towels and pillows available. The only thing I wasn't crazy about is that the living room furniture was difficult to get up out of. Low to the floor and chairs were very soft. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Great Place

There was 4 of us and the open layout had enough room, not crowded, we all slept comfortable. The kitchen was nice to have and had everything we needed. We loved the pool and used it every day, surprisingly it wasn't too crowded so that was great! The location was also a plus not too far from the beach and close to stores and food. Plenty of place for our dogs to handle business and bags for clean up. Communication was also a plus with management.

Quiet area and loved how close we were to the beach. The furniture needs a little updating as the couch and chairs were uncomfortable after a bit. Owner might want to put in some additional storage in bath since there is very little. Overall condo was exactly what we expected.

9 day stay at North Padre

Good value for price. A little confusing to check in as there are 3 properties sice-by-side and units have the same number in each respective property. Furniture was a little worn and not comfortable in the living area. Take your own pillows as ours went flat to the mattress when you lay down. It would have been nice to have a hose on the outside water bib to rinse off sand or an outside shower location. Will sleep 4 but not comfortably or with any privacy. We will stay here again if the price is right.

Exactly as Described

What you see is what you get. Loved the location! The communications with the property management were on point. The kitchen is adequately stocked with pots, pans, and measuring glasses. etc. As noted in the description, be prepared to bring anything compostable with you such as coffee, condiments, trash bags, dishwasher pods, paper towels, etc. The only suggestion for them is to provide bunk beds in the hallway space. Having to set up/ down the couch for the kids was less than desirable. (And we knew that was the situation before reserving the condo so it wasn't a deal breaker.) Overall, we would totally stay again. :-)

Corpus Visit July 2022

Reviewer Comments: Our vacation rental experience was very easy through the rental company, as the company was very organized and responsive in advance for check-in and check-out processes. The home was very clean and had the right amount of items needed for our stay. There were two areas for improvement: bathtub drainage and living room t.v. remote. For the bathtub, we had to take very quick showers and breaks between showers for our family of four because the tub did not drain properly and water would back up. For the t.v. remote, the select button did not work and made it almost impossible to use the living room t.v.
