Beach house on canal with dock & ladder accessible to water.
One bedroom, one Florida room with trundle bed.
Sleeps 4
Washer/dryer and all house amenities. Located in a private gated community with 2 large pools, 2 hot tubs, a gym, tennis courts , pickle ball courts, bocce courts, horseshoes, miniature golf & shuffleboard. Recreation Hall has pool table, ping pong and computer games. Nettles Island also hosts a cafe, general store & fine restaurant.

This property is PET FRIENDLY & so is our community.

Another Awesome Visit !

This was our second visit to this Nettles Island Community property. We had even more fun this visit than our last! Dolores is the perfect host and helped make our stay very enjoyable. Besides taking our pups to the nearby off leash beach, we were able to participate in the annual 4th of July golf cart parade and play pickleball with the local cub members. We highly recommend staying at this property, especially if you're travelling with your pup.

Steps from the beach.... nice safe, friendly community with great amenities. Home had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Very clean and the owner is awesome. Would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing Days

Dolores is a wonderful Host, who is very attentive and response’s fast. Stayed here many times, on the canal, enjoying the day and nights. Area pools (2) are great way to end your day. The place is well equipped including fishing rods and has a great AC! Looking forward to our stay here again. Thanks.

Nice community

Great area for our visit. Just like the pictures only better. Enjoyed the Hot tub and putt. Putt. We even seen a rocket launch from this location. Having a washer and dryer was very helpful. Host was friendly and communicative.

A wonderful Place

If you have not been to Nettles Island Resort you need to stay here! This place has so many amenities to make your visit so much fun. It is only a short walk to the restaurant and store were you can eat n drink and purchase some groceries. The back deck on the water had a beautiful view of the sunset. Inside had a well stocked kitchen for us to cook breakfast. Our host was amazing. She was there to show us around. We would definitely come back!

Fishing fun

Great Visit to Hutchinson Island!

I, my wife and our two labs thoroughly enjoyed our stay near Nettles Island. Our host Dolores was very accommodating and was always available to answer our questions. Her place is very comfortable and well furnished with access to many activities, beaches, restaurants, etc. We rented a golf cart to get around the community with our pups as well as the beach on the other side of Ocean Blvd. Highly recommended! We definitely plan on returning for another visit!

Comfortable

Such a comfortable welcoming home. The owner was there to welcome my husband and I. Also she welcomed our dog with a cookie and blanket for her to use. It has a relaxing deck over the water. Very quiet neighbor. We enjoy the Cafe on the island for our breakfast. You don’t not want to miss out of renting this home. We will be back.

Peaceful Stay

Very peaceful. Had a small dock with table and chairs. All included. All community activists ( pool , beach gym, cafe and marina in walking distance )Had a great time. Friendly neighborhood! Will be back !

Relaxing Stay.

Wonderful host who stop by to greets us and ensure all is good. Two pools that are heated, and one on the ocean side. Beach is beautiful and not crowded. Quite and friendly neighbors. The accommodation has comfortable beds, spacious for 4 adults, very clean and comfortable living room. Great air conditioning and refrigerator with ice maker. Will be back again.

J’ai vraiment apprécié l’endroit! 2 belles piscines, accès à la mer, resto, dépanneur, salle de jeu et 2 spa! Je recommande la propriétaire habite à quelques maison de l’endroit et est très disponible! En arrivant le propane a bbq était presque vide..1 texto et 10 minutes plus tard c’était réglé! Great location and amenities

We enjoyed our long weekend on Nettles Island. The rental is in walking distance to the beach. It was great to be so close and we loved the pool at the beach as well. We enjoyed the miniature golf and access to other recreation in the complex. The rental was clean and had everything we needed for an enjoyable getaway.

Wonderful Nettles Experience

The location was excellent. Sitting on the deck in the evening was relaxing. The owner was very warm and welcoming. We rented a golf cart & enjoyed all the amenities Nettles has to offer. It was a lovely vacation for me and my daughter.

Amazing house on the canal!

My husband and I vacationed here with our two sons (6 & 3) for a week in June. It was beyond perfect! It's nothing fancy on the inside, but we couldn't have cared less! The location was beautiful on the canal with an awesome dock. Delores was an incredible host and allowed us to bring our 20 foot bay boat which we tied up to the dock for the week. Nettles Island and the surrounding area offers so many activities that we were barely there. The home was clean, extremely spacious, and could easily sleep 6. Delores was so kind. She met us there and made check in, our stay, and check out so easy. We rented a golf cart for the week which was so simple, and delivered right to the home. We highly recommend this beach house! It's all you'll need!

Great Community and laid-back lifestyle

If you are into mobil homes you will enjoy it. You can fish right from the deck, there is some big fish comming into the harbor. Golf carts, pool, beach - all perfect.

A little slice of paradise!

Perfect size for 2, 4 or even 6 guests. Has all the amenities needed for a longer stay to make your own meals (should you want to!), plenty of activities within Nettles Island with no need to ever leave the property including a private beach, 2 pools and many, many friendly neighbors. Safe places to walk too! Excellent hosts thought of everything you could possibly need.

Fun little trailer - great neighhood

Everything you need was there. Delores lives just down the street and was there to greet us and assist. Loved sitting on the dock overlooking the canal. The community is really nice. Great community center. Only down side was the fish just didn't like anything I threw at them!

waterfront gem

This is a great place. The little cottage is very nice. Tons to do, gorgeous beach, huge pool on the beach and another huge pool by the clubhouse. The restaurants are both really great. Everyone is friendly and smiling. It really is a paradise!

Great family vacation with young kids

The house was exactly as pictured and more. From the moment you check in, the owner, Dolores is there to say hi and tell you the ins and outs. Everything is in working order and you have everything there to have an worry free stay. There are extras that you wouldn't imagine came with the rental. Like beach chairs, crab next, easy propane bbq grill, boogie board, washer/dryer, fully stocked kitchen, dishwasher plus detergent, lotsa towels, blankets, strong functional air conditioner and shower. Everything went smooth and seamless. Dolores was accessible at all times to answer your questions and attend to needs. She went above and beyond to help me find my friend a last minute rental. We definitely recommend you his place and look forward to returning soon.

Lovely property, amazing location, amazing value!

We rented this property for a week in July of 2021 and it offered us everything that we could want or need. Access to 2 amazing pools (one ocean side) an on-site grocery store that DOES NOT gouge on prices and a 30-45 minute drive to hundreds of beautiful Florida beaches. The unit is quite clearly an older one with the appointments being a throwback to the late 80's or early 90's but being a child of the 80's it was honestly a memory lane stay. With that being said, it has been maintained beautifully and also contains EVERYTHING you would need for your stay. Linens, towels, appliances, dishes, cookware, etc. All we needed to do was buy some food. The unit offers its own, private dock on a canal and while there we were able to see manatees right there in the canal. It truly was a perfect place for our family to spend a week!

Everything you need

Great location…literally across the street to a gorgeous beach. Rent a golf cart to get around the island and go to the beach. Owner has equipped the unit with EVERYTHING you might need…from beach towels to zip lock bags and everything in between! Washer/dryer was so convenient to have. Owner lives 5 houses down so always just a call away. Mosquitoes were horrible…bring bug spray! Pet friendly and island is pet friendly.
