Breathtaking views of the most gorgeous sunsets on Lake Martin! This beautiful Ranch style home comes complete with bedding, kitchenware, furnishings, towels, etc. All you need to bring is your swim suit! It has 5 bedrooms plus a loft with 3 1/2 bathrooms, and can sleep 12+ people comfortably. Comes with Internet WiFi and 3 Smart LED TVs for streaming to help you enjoy your time at the lake even more! The flat lot is very large and is private from the neighbors. Easy walk to the water! It offers 155 feet of water front with a boat house, containing life vests, 2 Waverunner/Jet Ski docks and a boat dock. It has a large great room with amazing views, nice large outside deck, and granite countertops in nice, open kitchen. Comes with washer and dryer, and all gas, electric, water, and trash pickup is included. There is no doubt that you will have a great time if you decided to stay at our lake home! Can be used for family vacations, relaxation, weddings, reunions, etc.

Best for large gatherings

the feature that really makes this stand-out from all the rest is the amazingly large living area with high ceilings and a wall of windows looking out to the water. The best for entertaining larger family gatherings

Another Thanksgiving in the book!

This home was perfect for our family. There was plenty of everything- space, beds, seating, and linens. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and serving. The manager was great and responded quickly about our only problem of television connection. Would definitely stay here again!

Great House for family

Our family had a wonderful time at this lake house. This was our 5th annual family trip and it was one of our favorite houses. Great location, wonderful views, nice and spacious both inside and outside. Property Manager was great to work with.

Family Time

It was a perfect place for our active family. It is roomy, has a beautiful large backyard, and great water access. The view from the house is fantastic.

Awesome place !!!

We stayed here for our annual family summer vacation. This is a great house with a fantastic backyard with easy access to the lake. We will definitely look forward to booking another stay here.

Excellent, Fun, Fantastic!!

We stayed with our family for the Memorial Day Weekend and were all so pleased with this place! The location was amazing, property manager was incredibly friendly and so kind and accessible... we loved it and hope to go back sometime soon!!

Highly Recommend!

This was our 2nd year staying at this house for a family vacation with multiple generations. The house has a ton of space and an open floor plan, which we love! The cove is beautiful and quiet. Always enjoy our time here!

1st lake Martin trip

Great trip to lake Martin. Lisa the property manger was great and accommodations were great for A large group. Location is great too with boat launch literally down the street....huge time saver as everything at lake Martin is pretty spread out by car. Would definitely go to property again.

THANKSGIVING AT THE LAKE 2021

Absolutely one of the very best places that we have rented in the Lake Martin area over the last ten years! Plenty of room, fantastic grass area to play with grandkids, host was so nice and easy to work with, and all the accommendations were perfect for our large family group! We look very forward to staying here again next year.

We spent 5 days at this wonderful lake house and had a great family vacation. Lots of elbow room and space for everyone to spread out. We would absolutely return to this house and rent again.

Grea location!

Easy sloped yard that leads to the dock. The house is spacious with lots of seating for mealtime. Clean, well-stocked kitchen. Beach towels, life jackets, extra fridge in the boathouse. Covered and uncovered dock. Place to anchor your pontoon boat and two portable jet ski docks. Our favorite place at Lake Martin. Lisa, the property manager is awesome!

Great property for big group!

Lisa, as always, was a very gracious hostess! The waterfront, yard, and proximity to the boat ramp makes this house perfect for boating! The covered boathouse is perfect for keeping your boat dry on wet days/nights and the new upgrades are awesome. New floors, new stairs and a dock that won’t give you splinters! A perfect Memorial Day Weekend vacation!

Loved the view of the lake and access to the lake

The cabin needs a lot of updating. It was just ok compared to other cabins i have rented. The best thing going for this cabin is the view and access to the lake. We all managed, but prefer a better looking inside of cabin.

Quiet waterfront lot with lots of outside space!

We had eleven adults ages 19-72 and 2 children in our group. Loved the spacious and open living dining area. Great views of the water with lots of outdoor areas to relax as well as great access to the lake. We would definitely stay here again! Loved having the property manager close by and she was prompt to respond when we had questions. A very pleasant stay!!

Great family time

I can't say enough about how nice this property is. It was perfect for our family. We had lots of room, a huge yard, comfy beds and beautiful water. Lisa, the property manager, was extremely attentive, even dropping by to check on us. There was plenty of parking space for our 4 vehicles and a jet ski trailer. We had a wonderful time and made lots of precious memories.

Home of our childhood - parents and children

My father-in-law owned this special place on this special lake for many years. We have such wonderful, wonderful memories in this special place. There were no let downs - everything was magical for the whole week. Lisa King, the local manager of the property, was like family to us. A week never to be forgotten.

My family and I have been going out to lake Martin for the last 15 years for vacation, and decided that we really wanted to purchase a property on the lake. We tried for the last several years, and finally found the one we all loved! It is very peaceful, relaxing and fun all at the same time. It is such a great place that we decided to share it, until we are able to retire!
