Step into this beautifully decorated, coastal retreat with unbeatable views! Unit 302 is conveniently located on the 3rd floor at the west end, promising amazing gulf views. Enjoy watching the dolphins playing while you sip your coffee in the morning.

The master bedroom offers a king sized bed with a “Beautyrest Black” mattress. The guest room has a queen bed; and the living room has a queen sleeper sofa. A pack n play for your infant is also provided (pack n play sheets not provided- please bring your own).

High quality furnishings throughout from Restoration Hardware and Pottery Barn. Other features include a custom dry bar with wine and beverage chiller, updated kitchen and baths, all tile flooring, nice appliances, 3 flat screen TVs, updated lighting, and updated furniture and decor.

Sofa bed needs a new mattress, bathtubs don’t drain properly. Tennis/pickleball courts need lighting so you can play after 8 pm. Towel and linen service was great. Awesome view. Kitchen was fully stocked. Elevator was a little far from the unit. We will visit again

Much needed break

Wonderful week!

The condo was absolutely perfect for our week at the beach. We loved the chair service and the pool was sparkling clean the entire week. The condo itself had everything we needed and the grounds of the resort were super nice. Thank you!!

Short walk to the beach

Unit is exactly as shown in pictures. Very clean and appears to have been recently renovated. Easy access to beach. Only complaint: if you plan to cook there, bring your own pans

New Year’s Vacation

This was our first time in Destin, FL and it was excellent. The Condo was in a perfect location and our condo has the best view and location on the property. Clean felt safe and very roomy for what we needed. Would definitely come back to this property.

Weekend Get-A-way

Great area yet close to everything. Check in was easy and early. Loved the shopping carts they provide to cart all your stuff because the walk was quite away from the elevator to the unit. Decor was cute, master bed comfortable, but spare bed hard. Didn’t use the sofa sleeper. Kitchen was well equipped.Coffee makes used basket filters, don’t forget them. Frig front door was rusted as some other metal parts probably due to the salt air. Cleanliness’s could have been a bit better. Could use a new paint job and baseboards were very dirty. Understand as a rental it gets a lot of use, but a good deep clean would help. Saying this we loved the unit and would return again. Plenty of room, but Cox internet was intermittent at times. No connect the first day there.

The decor was cute. The cleanliness was not what it should have been. The hard surfaces had not been wiped down. There was dust all over the lamps, hanging light fixtures and vents. The walls and doors had stuff that also should have been wipes down. Otherwise, it had a great view of the ocean and was convenient to the stairs going to the parking lot and beach.

Absolutely Wonderful

This place is just as beautiful as the pictures. Very clean and has everything you need. Great location that's not as busy, and walking the beach is beautiful down by the jetty and harbor. Complimentary beach chairs were a huge plus.

Worst Patio Furniture

I went back and read some of the previous reviews, and realize it’s been known for quite a while, that the patio furniture is the WORST and not usable! How could this be not be replaced when it’s been an issue? Also, advertising this as recently remodeled is false. There are holes in the walls, the couch actually sinks so far down that you need to put pillows under them, and the bathroom rack falls off the wall! The location is great, but this is not what we expected!

It was very clean (I’m picky when it comes to cleanliness of condos), the furniture was comfortable, the condo was spacious and the decor modern and updated. The view from the balcony was amazing. The only thing I would suggest is better kitchen tools. We had to buy a pan to cook in as the one in the condo was in bad shape and food was burning. There is a really nice dry bar but no wine bottle opener. So a few more and nicer kitchen items would be good. Also some better tall chairs on the balcony. The two there are wooden and falling apart and the other chairs are so low you can’t see over the railing. The noise from the pool at night is a bit loud when sitting on the balcony But having said all that, we would most definitely stay here again as the negatives are only minor and we really enjoyed our stay there. With it being only 3 fights up we could use the stairs instead of the elevators which was really nice. We enjoyed the location of this condo as well as it is in a less busy part of Destin.
