- living room-dining room: without any very large furniture and with windows facing the street.



Located in a commercial area with all services at hand and unbeatable public transport communication (Metro and Bus), near to restaurants, shops, theaters, supermarkets and shops in general. You can walk to the square of Puertas del Sol, Callao and Gran Vía, Reina Sofía Museum and Museum Del Prado



The house has:

- Kitchenware.

- Linens and towels.



We want to inform you that the entrance time to the apartment is from 15:00 to 20:00 hrs,If your entrance will be between 20:00 and 22:00 hours, you will have to pay in cash a fee of 10€ upon arrival, 15€ if it is from 22:00 to 23:00 hours and 20€ if it is over 23: 00hrs. The maximum time of entry to the property is until 01: 00hr.

Dear guest please, indicate your arrival time as approximate as possible in order to coordinate the delivery of keys and access to the apartment. If your arrival at the property is after the time indicated by you, you must wait for the availability of the collaborator since we do not have a 24-hour reception, but we are tourist accommodation and we work with prior planning for the delivery of all the flats, all adapted to the situation for covid-19.

The departure of the apartment must be before 11: 00hr.

-People to stay must comply with the official bulletin of the community of madrid regarding the situation of covid-19 to be able to enjoy the stays

-we remind you that the property is forbidden to smoke.

-Pets are not allowed.

-Parties or events are not allowed.
