This lovely home has been remodeled, newly furnished and upgraded. It is the perfect vacation spot for your family. With 1650 square feet, this 3 bedroom + loft and 2.5 bath home, has room for the entire family to sleep comfortably.

The home is located just steps from the Big Deschutes River in the quiet north end of Sunriver and comes with entertainment for all: Kayaks, Ping Pong, Foosball, Bikes, Hot Tub & Game/TV Loft

Unlimited-Use SHARC Passes for 8 guests are always included in the rental of the home.

Enjoy the nature and the mountain air, in the great outdoors of Sunriver.. There is also a private hot tub on the deck for relaxing after a long day on the bike paths, golf course, or other Central Oregon adventures.

The home is 2-story with 3 bedrooms + an additional loft. On the main level, are the living, kitchen and dining areas, and the King Master Suite which has a private bath. There is also a half bath downstairs. Upstairs is an additional King Bedroom, a bunk room with 2 sets of twin bunks (4 twins total), and a loft (open to living below) with a sofa, TV and gaming area. There is a hall bathroom for the upstairs bedrooms to share.

We have provided a pack-n-play and a portable booster chair for the littles in your family as well as a new self-inflatable Queen size mattress.
The home comes stocked with games and books. The garage is loaded with toys including Ping Pong, Foosball, Bikes and Kayaks!
The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. Just bring your food.

There is a double car garage with adult bikes, kayaks, ping pong table and plenty of entertainment for all. A private hot tub on the back deck is warm and welcoming.
Cook dinner on the BBQ and then relax on the new outdoor furniture and enjoy the great outdoors of Sunriver.

We allow pets at pet friendly homes only with prior approval and a $15/night/pet, pet fee. Pets are not permitted on the bedding or furniture and must never be left at the home alone unless they are crated/kenneled.

This home does not have A/C.

Super Bowl weekend

Our yearly gathering to ski, hike, go skiing before watching the big game. 27 Gannet was a great to watch the game.

So peaceful

We loved this house and the location. Steps to the river and in a quiet part of Sunriver…perfect for winding down.Hosts were responsive and helpful. We would stay here again!

Christmas vacation

Absolutely perfect except for the fact that the tv upstairs never worked and it was not clean like I expected. There were 3 different socks found around the house. Counters, indoor garbage cans and Cupboards where garbage cans are stored were dirty. There was a plate with what looked like drugs on it in the upstairs bedroom cupboard below the sink. The windows weren’t clean. The home was beautiful but I think I would hire a different cleaning company.

Would come back again

The only reason i didn't give 5 stars for cleanliness was just due to dog hair, but it's a pet friendly place so that is to be expected to some extent. I was overall happy to stay there, it fit our needs for our trip and there was plenty of things within the unit to keep us entertained had we wanted to stay indoors. Everyone had a great time there. The layout was pretty great for traveling with kids. The host was thoughtful about making sure we had everything we needed and made themselves available in case anything came up.

Great home

We had our Thanksgiving dinner and the kitchen was fully stocked with great cooking utensils, pots and pans. House was lovely. Would certainly rent it again.

Winter Wonderland

Impressively clean, which was really appreciated. Everything was splendid even though we lost power twice during a snowstorm. The gas fireplace kept us warm and entertained for a while, however, more electric-powered candles would be appreciated. The hot tub was relaxing under the stars but it had too many chemicals for us and the hot tub enclosure could use a privacy gate. Otherwise, the proximity to the trails and the Deschutes River was wonderful and several mornings we had deer coming right up to our windows. Overall, a restful time with little to worry about. Any questions, troubles or concerns, the rental and maintenance team was promptly on top of it. Thank you!

Relaxing Getaway

Beautiful home with everything you need. Host was available for all needs . House was clean and has everything you need for perfect getaway. Fireplace and Hot tub were a perfect touch.

Nice little place

This house was conveniently located adjacent to a walking trail. This was fantastic. We enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfy and the house was cozy. The kitchen was well stocked but could use a little organization. The knives were strewn in a drawer with other utensils and the drawer was scary. Overall it was a nice stay.

Best House Yet

we come to sunriver at least once a year. this may be our favorite house. It was the usual: clean and comfortable with all the needed equipment. but the location in the far north made it especially quiet and peaceful and close to the river for nice walks. hope to come back for our summer stay. and my wife wants to move in permanently :)

Great location and plenty of room

We would definitely stay here again. Kitchen was well stocked, plenty of room for our family of 5 and dog. Steps from the river with kayaks and bikes to use, perfect!

Great place for a friends with families vacation

This rental had everything! It slept a diverse group comfortably. The layout of the house was great for getting us all in and out of showers and back out into the sun. Everything was clean and well maintained.

Sunriver Stay

We loved our stay in this house and we love staying in Sunriver every time we come to Bend for lacrosse tournaments. There is so much to do in so little time. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. We highly recommend this house.

Weekend get away

The location and Extras in the house were great. The SHARC passes were so much fun. And the set up of the house was great for 2 families with kids. The beds were comfortable and everyone was well rested. The cleanliness of the house could definitely use some improvements things are not being moved for cleaning. Dogs were finding food under things and couches.

27 Gannet Lane - Simply Wonderful with Arrived!

We have stayed in residential rentals for years, and have always loved our experiences with Arrived rentals the best! 27 Gannet was perfect for us and our extended family in Oregon. We hosted dinner and enjoyed grandkids with all the amenities at our fingertips. And the wonderful people at Arrived went out of their way to help out when I had an unexpected health problem that required a hospital stay. Could not be better. Highly recommend!

Annoyed at first

We arrived early right at check in. Walked in the house and it had not been cleaned. After an all day drive with 2 kids and 2 dogs we were not pleased. We contacted the management number and talked to Courtney. She said we would contact the cleaning company immediately and refund some of our money. Two hours later we returned to a clean house and clean hot tub. Courtney did everything spot on an we did a 180. The place is fantastic and well stocked... Good job you guys!!!!!

Family stay in sunriver

What a wonderful place that is so accommodating! Communication was excellent, house was extremely clean and there was literally everything we could ever need and more! The ping pong table was a hit and we loved walking to the river nearby. Thanks for a great stay! -The Kennedy family

Quiet and cozy

We had a great stay at 27 Gannet. Very comfortable and spacious for myself and my husband and dog. Hated to leave when the time came. My only complaint was the pillows on the bed. They are beyond flat and I tossed and turned the first night. Luckily I raided some pillows from other bedrooms and had some life in them and slept better the second night. I would recommend doing a fresh pillow overhaul in all the bedrooms. Other than that, I would stay here again and hopefully soon!

Hot tub and game room were a great combination. Beautiful high ceilings and yet every room stayed wonderfully warm and still plenty of extra blankets. Lots of towels for the hot tub which was a fantastic combination with the foosball and pingpong table in the garage. Such a peaceful place to stay with plenty of additional little touches and tools in the kitchen that helped our trip run smoothly. Genuinely the only negative we have is that TV went on the fritz a few times and we were unable to type or select our programmes and the upstairs bathroom had a plug next to sink in the upstairs bathroom was not GFCI and had a scare with one of the children as this was near the room with the bunk beds. Have notify the company but please be aware as of our visit 12/18/23 this remains the case. All beds were very comfortable, very clean facilities and beautiful location. Plenty of board games and books to choose from. Kitchen was well stocked with an entire spice rack, oils, pans of every shape and size, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Will definitely return and perhaps in the summer as the garage boasted some great looking kayaks and bikes!
