Welcome to 10 Cedar lane, a perfect vacation home for families! Your kids will love being right next to Fort Rock Park, which has a huge playground! From our home you can easily walk to the SHARC and use the 8 complimentary unlimited use passes to enjoy all the water fun.

With two bedrooms featuring queen beds and a third bedroom with double bunk beds, this is an ideal home for two families. The kitchen is updated with granite countertops, a breakfast bar, and stocked with all new pots & pans. There are 2 spacious full bathrooms. Spread out downstairs in front of the TV or wood burning fireplace, or enjoy a book up in the loft. There's plenty of room for dinner around the large oak dining table, while the front deck is a great spot to sit back and watch the kids play. Don't forget to relax in the private hot tub.

There are flat screen TV's in the master bedroom, downstairs living room and the bunk room. Each has a Amazon fire stick or RoKu where you can sign in to all your favorite apps like Hulu, Netflix, Spotify, Pandora, etc. There is also a blue-ray player that can easily be connected to any of the TV's.

Guests Have access to 8 passes to the SHARC, as well as 4 adult and 3 kid bikes.

COVID19 UPDATE:
All Sunriver Village restaurants and shops are now open! In addition, Alpine entertainment (Mini Golf, Train Ride and Bumper Cars) as well as tennis and pickle ball courts are open as well! SHARC, playgrounds, bounce houses and rock wall are eligible for phase two opening which could happen by June 5, if approved by the county.
We will keep you updated as we receive new info.
Our house is being cleaned by a local company that is COVID19 trained/certified for cleaning short term stays and they have switched to a certified COVID19 disinfectant. Linens are washed in industrial machines using commercial grade chemicals in water temperatures of 160 degrees.
With this extra cleaning, the company has requested a new check-in and out time of 5p and 10a, respectively. For the cleaning company and our guests,we are moving all future reservations to an additional 24hrs block time between reservations.

We love Sunriver

Overall it was a great stay, but a big part of that was the awesome company we shared. None of the brakes worked on adult bikes (we mostly brought our own), we couldn't make login to watch things work on TV, but loved biking around, going to SHarc and floating the river. We had a great time. My daughter declared, "we have to stay in that exact house again! It was perfect."

Family weekend get-together for Dad’s birthday

We enjoyed all the amenities the house offered as well as the SHARC passes and close proximity to the Fort Rock Parc. The grandkids used the playground and basketball courts, we all used the Pickleball courts, hot tub, and bicycles. Only negative aspect was the bikes weren’t all functioning. They need some repairs, new tubes, brake repairs, tightening up. Having the bikes available was VERY convenient! Great family house with enough comfy beds for all.

Great location, comfy, a bit dated

Some items could use an update, like the sofas and garage door, but the beds were comfy and the house had most everything you need.

Would stay here again...

We four friends liked so much about this property with its quiet neighborhood near Fort Rock Park, our warm summer evenings on the front porch, the four adult bicycles, the hot tub, the fragrance-free sheets and towels, the well-stocked kitchen (although I could not find a sponge or pan scrubber, but fortunately I brought those). My only tiny suggestion is that I would have preferred a fragrance-free dish soap instead of "Dawn". Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Clean and comfortable.

Hot tub was hot and clean. Kitchen had all the amenities you need. Beds were comfortable.

Nice, affordable place

We enjoyed our stay. Place was clean, well Stocked and plenty of space to spread out. Just needed a new lighter for the fireplace and some kindling and wood. Hot tub was clean and maintained during our stay. Kids space had some games and DVD’s so that was nice. Would stay there again for sure.

Perfect! Clean and comfortable. This place was great for a family getaway.

House is well situated close to fort rock park in a comfortable coldisac. Perfect house with plenty of room. My son really enjoyed the hot tub and bunk bed room. Can’t wait to visit again!

Good location, clean and felt more spacious than it was.

Really liked this place for size of group, location and that it was clean. Being eight months pregnant I only wish it had AC!! Fun first family trip to sunriver with a four and six-year-old. Lots to do with the park, village, bikes, and Sharc passes! Friendly owners and management.

Great Weekend Getaway

Very nice stay with young kids. The park is just a short walk away, and the house is tucked away from the busier streets was nice for playing out front. 10/10, would stay again!

Very good set up and location

Very comfortable place to stay!

House has plenty of room for everyone! It is clean and tasteful and has everything you need. Nice place to just kick back and relax. We enjoyed star gazing on the front patio and having family meals around the large dining table. Management Company and Owners were great to work with too. We would rent again!

It was everything they promised!

We ran out of propane after only a few minutes of grilling and there was a full spare tank in the garage! They thought of everything!

Excellent location for kids, great value, nice home!

Just returned from our stay at this house (July 2017). This is a very nice home that feels fresh and new. With four adults and four children, this house did not feel cramped. The house is located very close to the Fort Rock Park and the SHARC, which are great for kids. The deck is very spacious and a wonderful place to spend the evening. The upstairs bed and bathroom are very spacious. This is a great place - I would definitely consider coming back and highly recommend it.

Great location, well appointed house for families with younger kids, quiet neighborhood.

The owners were great to work with; beyond willing to help make our stay easy and welcoming. Ample dishes, towels, and seating. Comfortable beds were appreciated as was a clean hot tub. Kitchen is cozy but functional. Outdoor deck is large and in good condition. SHARC passes were used daily and it was easy to get to. I was planning on finding a pancake griddle but made due with a large pan. Peter wise we had everything we needed and more.

Cozy and quaint!

Our family stayed for a extended weekend with another family. It was plenty of space for what we needed. The bunk bed room was great for the kids. We also enjoyed eating our meals at a table big enough for our entire group. We had a blast going to the SHARC everyday and walks to nearby Fort Rock park. We would definitely stay her again. It's a great place!

Instantly Felt at Home

We walked in and instantly felt comfortable and at home. The rental is clean, well kept and offered everything our group needed for a fun winter getaway. Perfect location, the short walk to Fort Rock Park was ideal for the kids and we of course also enjoyed the included SHARC passes. Tons of snow meant lots of fun sledding, skiing and making snow forts. Such great memories for our family. We can't wait to schedule again soon. Would definitely recommend this house.

Everything you need in Sunriver

This rental is great for big families or 2 families vacationing together! Very close to Fort Rock park, close to mall and SHARC (includes SHARC passes). Kitchen is well stocked and open to living space so you can be part of the action while you're cooking. One of the main floor bedrooms has 2 bunks making it perfect for all the kids or a big group. Private hot tub was great off the other main floor bedroom. This rental has it all and is clean with comfortable furniture. Will definatley go back!

After a few years, we knew that we needed a permanent place for family adventures. Investing in a Sunriver vacation home was the best decision we could have made.
