This newly remodeled rustic modern 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom plus a bonus loft, 2 car garage includes a private patio condominium and is located just 5 miles from the center of downtown. With stunning view of the red rocks and of the La Sal mountains and easy trail access, this is the perfect location for your HOV and trailers. At the end of a adventure filled day enjoy a dip in the pool or a soak in the hot tub.

Walk out your front door and go right to head over the bridge to the family recreation area. Pool, Hot tub, Tennis courts, Basketball and kids play area. Guests will have access to the full condo as well as the 2-car garage. The pool and hot tub are for the community.
The unit has keyless entry. The code will be sent to you three days prior to arrival. The entry code is only valid from check-in time on the day of arrival until the check out time on the day of departure.
We are available by phone, text, or message for anything you may need before or during your stay.
This is a well known safe neighborhood. Parking isn`t a problem for those who bring trailers in.

Last Day Pool is Open: Sunday Oct. 21st
Pool Hours: 10am-9pm daily when open
**Pool is open weather permitting. Early season (Late March/early April) pool may not open IF weather is too cold. EX: IF high temps for the day are not expected to be above 65 degrees.
Pool & Hot tub can be closed due to in-climate weather.
Please advise friends/family/renters to shower before entering pool/hot tub. People getting in without showering first makes water dirtier/grimy and requires more use of chemicals.
Located 5 miles from downtown Moab. We suggest having your own vehicle or renting from Canyonlands Jeep Adventures, or Enterprise.
No smoking, parties or open flames(including candles) allowed in home.
