The location was perfect for visiting all the places we wanted to go. The complete check in information didn’t arrive but we were able to overcome that. Once in, things were fine. Rooms are pleasant and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

This property was perfect for us to stay in while visiting Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. It was close to town where we could easily pick up supplies and the ride down to the respective parks was efficient (especially since we were looking for an early start since we where visiting in early August). The beds were super comfortable and the house spacious enough for each member of our party to spread out and have their own space. We REALLY enjoyed having access to the community pool since it was a great way to cool down and relax after our hot hikes. We also spent a lot of time on the front patio enjoying some morning cups of coffee on our days off and some cocktails in the evening. All in all, it was a perfect! Highly recommend this location for anyone looking to have a comfortable home base for exploring the Moab area.

We had a great stay. Place was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Easy drive to everything we wanted to do, but off the beaten path enough to be peaceful and just enjoy the views. We would definitely stay again next time we come to Moab.

Condo was clean, location great, needed to check on some items and got quick response from the host which I appreciated greatly. Only thing was the BBQ grill wasn’t working the best. But excluding that loved the condo and will definitely stay there again next year on our yearly trip.

This is a great location, on the edge of Moab, with easy access to The Arches and Canyonlands National parks. The Main Street has many restaurants and shops that met all of our needs. The vacation home provided wonderful space for our group of four adults and three teens!

Cute property by Arches and Canyonlands

Our two families had a very enjoyable stay and spent a day exploring Arches and Canyonlands. Kristen was very resposive with questions. Overall excellent stay.

Wonderful house

Great house in a great location just south of Moab. Super clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Check in & check out process were very easy. Would definitely look to stay here again next time we’re in Moab.

Ideal home base for outdoor excursions

The property was excellent for supporting daily mountain bike outings with it's large garage and pool facilities for recovery afterward.

Great place to stay in Moab!

Everything was just as described! Everything we needed! The boy loved the pool and playground after getting back in the evening! Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Never got a welcome letter. Number of condo was not listed on the website so had to call the property manager to figure out which condo it was. PoolHas used a push code for months and they still have an old key that doesn’t work. Location was great. Overall it was good, but management company needs to update the notebook with instructions, etc. it has been over 7 years since the instructions have been updated. Management company also needs to get in and do a thorough cleaning of floors, etc. This sounds harsh, but it is constructive feedback. I would go back again. I would also recommend to a friend.
