Located in the very heart of historical center, the apartment has 2 wide bedrooms ( double bedroom -king size bed / two single beds bedroom - 80 cm beds ), one complete bathroom with tub/shower and a guest toilet and a large living room with a double sofa bed (queen size) : can sleep up to six people!
Full AC, free WI-FI, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine.
Beautifully decorated with authentic Renaissance frescoes dated back to the Medici family, the apartment is located on a historic building, 2nd floor - no elevator.
For those who'll be travelling with babies/toddlers it's available upon request a very comfortable travel cot and a high chair.

Perfect Location in Florence

A perfect location in the heart of Florence with plenty of space for the whole family. Two large bedrooms, a family room with a pullout couch, separate kitchen, full bathroom and small water closet. The apartment was exceptionally clean and well appointed. Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed for our short stop in Florence. Despite the crowds in Florence, the apartment was very quiet and is about a 15 minute walk from the train station. Would happily stay here again and appreciate the excellent communication from the host. Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect location

Apartment had everything we needed. Washer was small, but efficient. Location is hard to beat. Lots of good restaurants and cafes nearby. Not a bad walk from the train station and all the other sights. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

We met the owner at the outside door. He was very nice and took us through the entire property and showed us how to use things. He also showed us some of the local sites, including a local grocery store, which was greatly appreciated. The property has an interesting layout with the two bedrooms in the back on opposite side of the hall from each other. The living room is a separate narrow room in the middle and there are one and a half baths that separate the rest of the apartment from the kitchen. The beds were all comfortable with nice new sheeting. The bathrooms are very small compared to USA standards but everything works. Contrary to the listing, there is no hot tub. It is only a normal bathtub with glass on half of the tub for a shower. If you are a larger person, good luck with that ;). The kitchen had pots and pans, silverware, dishes, mugs, a toaster, hot water heater for making things like tea, and a small coffee maker. unfortunately, the carafe on the small coffee maker was cracked so we only used it once. The owner is working to replace it. The egg pan should be replaced or use lots of oil so your eggs will not stick. Having some extra coffee was fantastic and much appreciated! Between the kitchen and the half bath, the floor is raised so be careful at night so you don’t stub your toe. Neighborhood seemed very safe place for coffee and breakfast across the street and lots of restaurants in the area.

Excellent location in Florence

Overall we enjoyed this apartment but found it overpriced. Pros: LOCATION, clean, spacious in general, good host responses, easy check-in, nice starter collection of edible bites and liquids, good spaces for hanging clothes, good water pressure and hot water. Cons: both bathrooms are cramped for space (especially the second one), the chairs in the living room are uncomfortable (need good cushions), no microwave, surprise steps in the corridor. No lift for luggage.

Dream location

If you love being in the heart of the action, you’d be hard pressed to find a better accommodation. The apartment was less than 1/2 block from Uffizi square. Only Saturday night was rowdy but we had earplugs so it was no problem for us. Just added to the fun. Very helpful hosts also. Great experience.

Florence Apartment

My husband and our grown sons recently stayed at Tania's apartment in Florence. From the beginning, Tania was very helpful answering all of our questions. She even gave us the name of a wonderful coffee shop and restaurant that we had to try during our stay. We arrived early in the day and were not able to check in until later that afternoon. Tania, however, gave us the name of a storage facility called Stow Your Bags near the apartment. We were able to leave our bags there and return later that afternoon to check in. The apartment is clean, spacious, had everything we needed, including a nice air conditioner. Which is very important when visiting in the summer. I would also suggest bringing extra soap and shampoo. They provide some, but it may not be enough if you are staying for a few days. We also packed a few shopping bags. Made it easier to carry groceries from the nearby markets. The area can be a little noisy at night. However, the apartment is in a great central location close to many shops, restaurants and tourist attractions. If we ever come back to Florence, we would definitely stay here again!

Very clean and spacious apartment right in the middle of Florence and close to everything. Included one king bed (not a smaller queen or double) and two single/twin beds, which was perfect for our family of four. Large, full kitchen and a 4kg washing machine (small by US standards but worked very well). Hosts were very accommodating with recommendations and arranged for a cab to the station on our last day. Location is great and walking distance to just about everything but be prepared for normal city noise when you're so close to the action. Highly recommend.

Great apartment convenient to Uffizi!

We enjoyed our stay! This apartment had tons of room for our family of 5, including an extra half-bath/toilet room that was very nice to have! Just steps away from the Uffizi Gallery and close to every big sight and so many great restaurants.

Wonderful apartment

We stayed here for 4 nights with our kids and twin granddaughters. The apartment had everything we needed. Communication with the host was easy. They were gracious hosts, having water bottles and a few snacks set out for us. The location was in the middle of everything with wonderful cafes, Wine bars and excellent restaurants all within a few minute walk. As wonderful as the location is, it's very loud at night into the wee hours. Lots of loud laughter and hollering. The price to be paid for staying so central! We solved this with a white noise machine app on my phone. It was also very, very crowded the weekend we stayed, the last night was much quieter. Overall, wonderful stay in Florence.

Well located

This apartment is well located in the heart of Florence. The apartment is good size and has two separate bedrooms. A plus was that there was an extra bathroom with a toilet and that the AC worked very well!

Great location, clean and comfortable

This apartment had all we needed. Plenty of room for 3 people to be comfortable in the living room. Windows opened for a cross breeze. Two bathrooms were great for us 3 women. Kitchen seemed well supplied though we didn't cook much. The location was excellent- near Uffizi and short stroll to the Duomo and large food market. Lots of restaurants nearby. Only one drawback. The streets could be noisy, especially on the weekend. Bring your earplugs.

Best Place Ever!!!

What a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! It is in a best location, well furnished, and just perfect! Valentina is a sweetheart, greeting us at the property with such kindness, and taking so much time to provide helpful tips with transportation, restaurants, and more. She also had snacks and beverages waiting on us. While stepping out the door of the property, we visited wonderful restaurants and coffee bars with the friendliest employees and owners. This property compares to no other we experienced in Italy.

clean, ready to go when we arrived and spacious

Lovely apt. Close to everything. Clean and spacious. Valentina (host) met us at apt., explained everything, recommended restaurants and was very, very attentive to our needs. Excellent location. Definitely, highly recommend this apt. We had a lovely five days in Florence.

This was spacious apartment with a complete kitchen and all amenities, in a great location, with plenty of restaurants, shops in the heart of Florence. Valentina was very helpful in meeting us at the nearby parking garage then escorting us to the apartment and getting us settled in. I have already recommended this apartment to family who live in Italy and are planning a visit of their own.

This apartment was absolutely fantastic. A must stay right in the heart of Florence.

This apartment is perfect for a family or group of friends in Florence and was the most fantastic part of our trip. I really spoke with Valentina and she was most attentive to our needs. Valentina responded almost immediately whenever I contacted her. I cannot say enough as to how cute this apartment was. The pictures on this site represent those place beautifully. All the amenities you'll ever need. The owners Marco and Tania left us a beautiful welcoming gift. It was like staying in a five star resort. As for all the sights, you are literally walking distance to everywhere. The Uffizi museum, Ponte Vecchio, Piazza Della Signoria are a two to five minute walk. To see the David or the Duomo, maybe ten minutes. Restaurants galore all up and down this quaint street and yet very quiet. I cannot say enough at how pleasant this place was for me and my family. I highly recommend this to any family looking to have a pleasant experience and all that Florence has to offer. I will definitely stay here again if and when I visit Florence again.

Wonderful apartment and excellent location!!

First of all, Tania and Marco are incredibly friendly and extremely accomodating. The apartment is amazing:comfortable, tidy, super clean and so homey!!! The location is great: just around Piazza della Signoria, walking distance from the station and in the middle of everything. We simply loved our stay and we will definitely hope and plan to visit again!
