Seaside Beach & Racquet Club #4409 is located on the 4th floor with direct Gulf and outdoor pool views and a large balcony with sitting areas. The living space offers cozy furniture, a flat screen TV, a quaint dining area, and a full service kitchen, all with a gulf view. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room for added sleeping space. The master bedroom offers those same gorgeous gulf views, a King bed, flat screen TV, and private bathroom. The guest bedroom contains a twin over full bunk bed and another twin bed and an adjacent hall bath. Enjoy the sunset, sunrise, or any other view of the day from the spacious, furnished balcony!

2023 Orange Beach Vacation

We try and come to Orange Beach every summer with our kiddos. We have always stayed at Seaside Beach and Racquet Club. Everything was great with our recent visit. My only concern was the freezer's ice machine was not operable.

Great location, poor mattresses

The location of the condo was great . The guest bedroom with the bunk beds had horrible mattresses .we felt every spring , my nephew ended up sleeping on the couch . The bunk bed may need to be tightened , it shifts . Underneath the sink in the guest bathroom has dust , other items such as a pair of shorts that looks like it has been there for a while . Only reason I saw it is because I dropped my contact case on the floor and then saw the mess .. the toilet paper holder and toilet brush cleaner holder is completely rusted . For the amount of money I spent I would have hoped for comfortable beds and a clean area There aslso wasn’t a broom to sweep anything

Overall great place and amenities. Just had an issue with the carpet rug turning our feet and socks black so we rolled it up. Amazing views and perfect weather.

Pleased for the most part

Loved the pool area and view and proximity of the ocean. Our unit was as pictured. We did email upon arrival with issues that had been previously mentioned in reviews (dirty couch covers, broken door latch to patio) and no one replied or has done anything to address these known issues. Bathrooms are quite small with no hooks for wet bathing suits. I do feel like for the price you could stock more than one of the essentials but we purchased extras as needed and we were prepared to do so. The grounds are well kept. Parking can be a challenge when returning later in the evening. We would stay again if we knew the issues were taken care of ahead of the stay.

Teen Girls' Trip

All of the girls and the moms enjoyed the time at the property. Make sure you know the rules regarding the sea turtles (colors of lights/flashlights allowable on the beach at night, closing curtains, etc.). We didn't see the signage immediately.

My 50th Birthday Get away

Great view, the beach was great, the restaurants were great. The condo was underwhelming. The cleanliness was missing and the furniture was extremely extremely dirty. We had to call for maintenance to bring sheets to cover the furniture so that we could sit down, in the living room dining room and patio furniture. I was extremely disappointed. The condo requires upgraded furniture and cleanliness. They need to hire a new Cleaning Service as there was hair on the bathroom floors and in the tub. I called management, he did send someone to cover the furniture but no one ever came to fix the locks on the sliding doors or the handle that was broken. It is an older condo without upgrades. If you are looking for the bare minimum basic and don't have high standards for cleaning, this is the place for you.

Wonderful getaway to refresh our minds!

I had no issues at all renting this condo! They answered every question I had plus responded quickly! We added a day at the last minute and they were very accommodating! The weather was great which makes it much better! Thank you for the excellent experience would definitely recommend this company and unit!

Nice condo/ could have used a good cleaning.

I think I rented the best condo in this facility and we enjoyed our stay, the only thing I’d say is that the cleaning service isn’t doing their job with precleaning for clients. Thankfully I don’t mind cleaning. Would have been nice not to have had to clean at the beginning of our stay. Other than that everything else was fine. The only other issue was parking with construction going on but understandably, after the hurricane damage to so many places.

Unit 4409

On the first day I had called because the couch covers were filthy when we arrived.They told us someone would be up to take them off and either put others on or take them to be laundered that never happened. The linens that were in bag for pull out couch were for a twin bed.The curtains in living room were filthy. The master bed was very uncomfortable. The bathrooms were not clean. The elevators were broke . The only thing good about the condo was the access to beach and pool which we can find elsewhere. Needless to say we will not be recommending or using Prickett properties for our next stay.

Very nice place

Over looking the pool and ocean, just high enough to avoid most of the foot traffic noise, but low enough to keep an eye on the kids at the pool. Cute place, very comfortable.

Smooth family vaca

This property is beautiful. The location, the view of the ocean, the dual access outside to the balcony- all awesome. There is ample space for everybody. The only reason I wouldn’t give it 5 stars on cleanliness is that the couch covers are crazy stained up. Honestly think one professional cleaning would take care of that though. We will totally use again! Vacuum in the guest bedroom is janky but still a vacuum for those sandy days. Don’t forget (like we did) to bring dish soap, extra TP and laundry detergent/softener. They do provide you with 2 dishwasher soaps and 2 laundry detergents but for us that wasn’t nearly enough.
