Family friendly top floor unit with beautiful gulf and beach views Orange Beach

Seaside Beach & Racquet Club is a prestigious condominium complex which is located in the heart of Orange Beach & near everything you will need. The many amenities include 2 large beach side outdoor pools, a year round heated indoor pool, gazebo, exercise room, sauna, steam room, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, deck with picnic tables, several grilling areas, shuffle board, bagged ice machine, vending machines, security guarded entrance. A club house/meeting room is available with certain restrictions(contact managers office for details).

This is a pristine 9th floor unit with great views of the Gulf and one of the outdoor pools. It has been upgraded with granite counter tops in the kitchen and baths. It has a stacked washer/dryer, designer kitchen cabinets, tile floors throughout, ceiling fans, a sleeper sofa in the living room as well as 2 recliners.

This unit features a king bed in the master bedroom with an ensuite bath with a walk in tile shower. In the guest bedroom there is two twin beds and there is a pullout sleeper sofa in the living room. There are flat screen TV's in each bedroom and living room, free wifi and ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living area. You will find the kitchen equipped with all the utensils required for you to prepare a gourmet meal. There is ample space for dining at the spacious serving bar and the dining table or enjoy outdoor dining on the balcony. A stacked laundry is conveniently located in the master bedroom. The entry door is equipped with a electronic lock for your convenience. Parking passes must be purchased upon your arrival from the guard shack. You are allowed two cars on the property.

This great location is near restaurants, fishing, marinas, shopping, parks, numerous family oriented activities and the world famous Flora-Bama. To the east its a 30 minute drive to Pensacola, FL where you may visit the Naval Air Station (home of the Blue Angels). Its a 1 hour drive west to Mobile Bay where the USS Alabama is docked. From Mobile, its a short drive west to Biloxi, MS where you may visit several casinos.

This complex provides the best quality beach vacation you will find and it is desirable any season the year. So come on down to the beautiful Alabama Gulf Coast.

Great location

Awesome view from balcony and location was convenient for area attractions. Kitchen seemed to have everything you would need, but we were on the go everyday and didn’t really use it. Would definitely stay again.

Great little vaca!

The overall stay was great. The condo bulding was a little older and could use some updates but the condo itself was nice and we had a great time! The beach and view of the condo was amazing! I would for sure recommend it!

Amazing beach view

We had a great time both in the condo and at the beach. The view from the balcony was amazing! We even saw some dolphins one evening! The owners were so nice too. They respond quickly and were very helpful. We hope to make this a yearly vacation.

What a great vacation!

We LOVED this condo! The view of the beach & pool were beautiful. My family and I don’t want to leave...my children (17, 14 & 9) all thought this was one of the nicest beach front condos we’ve stayed in. Perfect location with lots of dining options. The owners were very friendly & addressed a shower issue by immediately sending a repair man. Would highly recommend this condo/owners. We would love to stay again in the future.

Great weekend getaway

Location, Location, Location… This property is on the beach, has a great view, and is in walking distance of several restaurants. The property is a short drive from Walmart, Publix, & Rouses so stocking up the frig should be no issue. Immediately after booking, I received instructions from the property manager right away. The unit was very nice and could easily sleep 6. The unit had lots of amenities, & the washer/dryer combo was a lifesaver. We had zero issues during our stay, & our experience was amazing. I’ll definitely save this property as a favorite and return in the near future.

Stress free!

The owners communicated everything timely and everything was as expected. There were no inconveniences or disappointments. Just a stress free experience with lodging! When you carry your family with small children to the beach, there’s not of other things that go wrong. I was thankful to have chosen a property with reliable owners and facilities. First time stay, will be back!

All the comforts of home ... and with a beach!

The other reviews were spot on -- Pat and Diane's place is fantastic. The views are spectacular. Access to the beach and both pools could not have been more convenient. The location is in close proximity to great restaurants, tourist attractions and even Wal-Mart. The condo was clean and stocked with anything and everything we needed, from cookware to bedding to towels. The beds were comfortable. Everything was in great working order. Pat was quick to respond and provided a packet of important information in advance of our stay. If this condo meets your needs when you look at it online, you will be more than satisfied when you see it in person.

Property was well taken care of! Loved that there was security on site.

Our condo was VERY clean .The beds were so comfortable. The condo itself was beautifully decorated. We all slept great. There were more than enough kitchen supplies to cook anything. On Saturday Pat emailed me the channels the college games were on. The Patricks were very easy to work with. I will definitely request their condo again. Thank you so much!!

Amazing

The property was amazing! The owners provided all necessary information to stay at property one week prior to arrival. The property was very clean and up to date. The view from balcony was great! Only negative, which isn’t a negative if you’re not afraid of heights is the 9th floor open entry walk way may not be for you. Didn’t realize my SO was that afraid of heights until I tried getting him upstairs😬😏. The white sandy beach is to die for. Can’t wait to go back and hopefully to this property!!

Family vacation in a beautiful condo

We loved the condo. Very clean, updated, and furnished beautifully. Bed and furniture were very comfortable. The balcony is bigger than the pictures lead on. The views were great and the angled balcony was nice never got wet on our rainy days. The pool areas were clean and nicely landscaped. Wish there was a restroom by outdoor pools but small thing. We did use the indoor pool on a rainy day. Not close to this unit but was grad it was there. We had everything we needed and then some. Deck box on balcony had beach umbrella and sand items, perfect. We would stay here again and recommend for sure.

Great views and location!

The condo was comfortable for our family of 6 with a casual family atmosphere. Views were fantastic! The balcony was spacious and shaded in the afternoon. We took advantage of the pool, fitness center, grills and outdoor shower on the property. The condo was clean. The accordian blinds really blocked out morning sun. The washer and dryer were small but functional. The guest bath didn't have good water pressure, but the master bath did, and the shower was roomy. There were lots of extra blankets, but the extra sheets were too small for the sleeper sofa. The kitchen was well eqipped and appliances were nice, I just wish there was somewhere to store food. Check in was super easy. We didnt receive any check out instructions, but we did what is normally expected at other condos with trash, linens and dishes. We would stay here again. Our favorite aspects of the condo were the views, balcony size and afternoon shade, and convenient location.

Beautiful and clean property. This is my second time staying there. Communication was great with owners. Only down side was very minimal, little to no hand soap on arrival. Only mentioning because I’m sure it was just a very, very small oversight by property manager that’s easily corrected. Be sure to bring washing soap for washing machine. I don’t know if it was to be provided, but we grabbed a small bottle at Walmart. Very centrally located to restaurants, stores, etc. Beach and view is amazing. Can’t wait to come back to this property!! Can’t say enough about how great of a property and stay. Thanks!!

View was good

The condo was small and the indoor pool was unavailable due to repairs on the roof , which we were not made aware of until after we arrived at the condo. The master bedroom stayed hot even with the curtains shut and the ceiling fan on constantly. There was a floor fan in the master bedroom closet and when my husband went to plug it in, he got shocked. The only thing good about the condo was the view of the ocean.

This is a lovely family condo that looks better in person than in the photos. Reasonably priced and well maintained, it is centrally located to everything.

Quiet location

I recently took my 12 year old daughter on a quick trip to the beach before school started. The beach and surrounding community was quiet and not crowded at all, due to most kiddos school schedules. The condo was clean and nicely furnished - the 9th floor views were spectacular. We utilized the pool, which was clean and in good condition, but there was quite a bit of construction around the tennis courts, so we avoided that area. The condo itself really had everything we needed for a few relaxing days at the beach!

Beautiful condo

Beautiful condo! It had everything we needed, was very spacious, and a lovely big balcony! The pool was perfect, never too crowded, plenty of room. They beach was just steps away! 10/10, we will stay again!
