Located within the heart of the Okanagan Wine Country, minutes from downtown Summerland and just a few hundred metres from Dirty Laundry Vineyard, lies a wine lover’s paradise, the Parlour House.

The home offers a spacious 4 bedroom (sleeps 8), 1.5 bathroom home with open living room, kitchen and dining room (main floor only). The fully furnished home is equipped with all essential needs and boasts new Refrigerator, stackable Washer & Dryer, Wall Oven and Microwave. The home is ready for your family or group to stay and enjoy the scenic surroundings of a working Vineyard, which in turn encircles the very popular Dirty Laundry Vineyard Winery. The covered front deck has an amazing view of Okanagan Lake, vineyards and the historic Kettle Valley Railway. The garden grounds and extensive patio area complete with barbecue and outdoor seating will encourage you to enjoy the Okanagan weather and amenities, and also provides the perfect opportunity to sit back and enjoy some Dirty Laundry Vineyard wine. Situated only minutes away from the Summerland Golf and Country Club, and Okanagan Lake, beaches, shopping, spas and the multitude of wineries on the Summerland's 'Bottleneck Drive' wine route, Dirty Laundry Vineyard's 'Parlour House"' is the ideal location for anyone wishing to take full advantage of all that the Okanagan Valley has to offer. Summerland is located within easy driving distance from Kelowna, West Kelowna, Peachland, Penticton and points further south such as Osoyoos and Oliver, perfect for wherever your holidays may take you.

Note the lower level of the property is occupied by the Parlour House caretaker, who will be your contact in regards to any emergencies.

This is the second time I have stayed at the Parlour House and it is the perfect place to stay. Very clean, loads of room, great quiet location with a well stocked kitchen and a lovely private deck. I hope to return soon.

Family vacation at the Parlour House

We had a couple early hiccups but all was addressed promptly by Kristen. Had a lovely stay with lots of space and a great layout for our large group. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and equipment required. Location was perfect for exploring the local area.

Excellent few days hiking and wine tasting

Wonderful location. Many vineyards are easily walkable. Accommodation was everything we wanted with a fantastic balcony.

Amazing

The owners are probably the most chill and kind people we have ever met! Very accommodating! The house over all is beautiful and the rooms are very spacious and clean! The beds are very comfortable as well! Would recommend to anyone 10/10 and will be going to be booking again in the near future

Beautiful country

We stayed with family for 5 days. Beds were comfortable, AC was heaven sent as it was crazy hot in July. Loved the deck off the house, it has a beautiful view. Kitchen could use a little more stocking just for convenience. - zip loc baggies, or Tupperware/rubber maids etc. but most essentials are covered. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

Family Reunion

The property was wonderful and perfect for our family gathering. Loved the open layout of the house and the deck had plenty of room for the six of us to easily gather also. The on site manager is a wonderful lady. There was no dishwasher or dish soap when we arrived but dishwasher soap was provided when we requested it . The fire alarm went off a couple times at around 3:30 am the last night we were there for no apparent reason . We reported it to the Manager and she also didn’t know why it was going off but said she’d look into it. I would recommend this property to friends & family planning a vacation in the area. Thank you

Million Dollar View!

We were in Summerland for a funeral but the view from our "home away from home" buoyed our spirits. The location is perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. I don't recall seeing this in the specs, but this home has heat pumps installed - with individual controls for each room. This was VERY handy for keeping our group happy - granny always feels cold and wants the a/c off but the rest of us can't sleep if we're too hot.

Fantastisch verblijf

Fijn huis om in te verblijven, we werden welkom geheten met een kaart en een hapje en een drankje. Zeer ruim huis om in te verblijven met een prachtig terras. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Als verrassing liep er een zwarte beer op 20 meter van het terras, zonder dat we ons daar bedreigd door voelde. Bij the dirty wineyard, werden we zeer fijn ontvangen, daar hebben we genoten van de wijnproeverij en zeer lekkere (gluten vrije) pizza’s. Zeer de moeite waard om hier te verblijven.

East meets west fam jam

My hubby and I travelled from Ontario to meet up with our three kids and two spouses. The home is in a perfect location, the terrace was beautiful and the space perfectly comfortable for us. Staff was attentive and accommodating.

Yearly family vacation

The Parlour House is simply amazing! It has ample room for 8 people to sleep. It has everything you need for your get away. We have been going for 3 years. It is close to town, beaches, and so many other things that you can do. It is very private. Kristen and Karen are awesome to deal with. The Dirty Laundry is lovely and the cidery's around town are also good. You cant go wrong renting this property for your vacation

Gorgous exterior view and most comfortable interior setting

The property is located at the top of the hill surrounded by vineyards, the view from the porch outside is just heavenly and beautiful. The kitchen inside the property is huge, the living room and bedrooms are very spacious, 1.5 bathrooms were adequate for 7 of us. Very comfortable stay!

My friends and I enjoyed our stay very much. Lots of room for 7 adults, well equipped kitchen and wonderful large deck. Management was excellent in responding to my questions. Would definitely stay again.

Week Long Stay at Parlour House

We stayed at the Parlour house for a week and really enjoyed it. The property was exactly as described. It was clean, the beds were comfy, the open area kitchen and living room provided lots of space for our group, and the deck overlooking the Kettle Vally Railway and Lake Okanagan was beautiful. We also reached out to the onsite property manager a couple times for some extra propane for the BBQ and for some dishwasher tabs and toilet paper, and they were very friendly and responsive. Also had a chance to enjoy the Dirty Laundry wine which was delicious!
