Everything was clean and easily accessible. The house was in a great neighborhood about a 30 min walk to Wrigley Field. The host was easy to communicate with!

We had a tremendous stay at this property. Awesome location, very clean and the host was extremely accomodating, with great communication. All the amenities were in place for us to enjoy some downtime at the home. We were able to walk comfortably to Wrigley Field through nearby neighborhoods. Excellent experience all around and we would definitely stay again! Thanks for everything.

Great location!! The host did a fantastic job communicating throughout the process, and he even gave some local restaurant recommendations, which were delicious! The house was spacious and clean. We’d definitely stay here again.

Everything was great - parking was easy, beds were comfy, and there was plenty of space for our family of four to be comfortable and not feel like we were on top of each other.

Michael’s home met our needs beautifully. The house looks exactly as pictured and was very clean and well appointed with everything we needed. Another Mom and myself were chaperoning a group of teenage girls, so it was great to have the basement where they could all hang together. The carpet felt brand new in the basement and it was bright. Michael is very responsive and professional and I would work with him again in a heartbeat. The location was also super convenient to everything we were doing. It was great to have the grocery store and Starbucks right across the street and the girls loved that they could get a late night snack at McDonald’s which was also directly across the street.

The home was in a good location and clean. The management was great and very responsive. Unfortunately, we had an encounter with bed bugs so we had to pack up and leave pretty quickly. It caused a great deal of an imposition and damper on our family vacation. We were immensely disappointed and still dealing with the ramifications of bed bugs.

Thanks for sharing your feedback. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and concern this caused during your stay. As you know, the issue was isolated to one bedroom and once it was brought to my attention, I took immediate action by arranging professional treatment right away. They also inspected the rest of the entire house and found no issues. This has never happened in the history of owning and renting the house. I take guest comfort and cleanliness very seriously and I regret that your experience did not reflect that standard. My apologies again.

Perfect place for my friends and I to stay for St. Patrick’s Day weekend; easy access to public transport, great restaurants and coffee in the area, right across from Jewel Osco, and the house was so comfy and clean. Host was very helpful and communicative. Highly recommend for any Chicago trip!

Beautiful property conveniently located next to a Jewel Osco across the street and a Whole Foods down the block. The home is comfy, however, there are quite a bit of steep stairs to get to the basement and second floors. There is not a lot of seating in the living room, but we were still comfortable. I would stay again. The host is responsive and kind. We enjoyed our stay.
