Welcome to your getaway location in the heart of the Roscoe Village neighborhood of Chicago! A short walk to Wrigley Field and Southport Corridor both filled with tons of shopping and restaurants as well as public transportation downtown. Whether you are coming for a Cubs game, concert or just to explore our beautiful city, you will love your time here no matter the season. A stunning well kept 2 BR, 2 Bth apartment. High end finishes, in a completely renovated lowel level of home complete with full kitchen including Nespresso machine, eating area and entertainment. Equipped with direct tv, netflix and washer and dryer. See pictures, Wolf/Sub Zero appliances, wine refrigeration, luxurious baths, fully furnished. Quiet tree lined street in lovely Neighborhood. .
The Host lives on the 1st and 2nd floor of the home with a friendly chocolate Labrador and calico cat. No access to outdoor patio or garage.

Great place to stay for our weekend at Wrigley! A 25 min walk or short bus ride (when it rained) got us there easily for all 3 games.Plenty of space and amenities for our party of 4.We loved the safe neighborhood and all the local coffee shops and restaurants nearby. So easy to walk to each day.Definitely recommend!

We were initially attracted to the location’s proximity to Wrigley Field while not being in the heart of Wrigleyville. Grocery stores were walkable and having two separate bathrooms was critical. One thing to point out was our inability to control the temperature. While it was a hot/humid day outside, coming back to a place kept at 66 degrees was great. However, after a while you did feel the need to bundle up or throw on a blanket. If you already run cold, just make sure you pack a hoodie.

Steve - Thanks for the 5 star review. Given the heat wave Chicago experienced during your stay we kept the thermostat low however as outlined in our home manual we can adjust the temp to your liking with a text. Hope to host you again next year.

Really nice "apartment " below single family home. A little steep stairs at the entry, so not for anyone with mobility limitations, but not a problem for us. We stayed while there was a heat wave and the A/C was pumping! Thank goodness it worked well! For us, not really walking distance to Wrigley Field, maybe it was a 30 minute walk but not easy when you are unfamiliar with the area like we were. Good coffee house nearby which was a great way to kick off our mornings for sightseeing. It isn't common to find a 2 bed/2 bath in this area and it worked out great for us. Only area for improvement is the primary bath shower head could use a good descaling or replacement. Overall though, great place to call "home" while on vacation in the Chicago Wrigleyville area.

Ladies Getaway

We had a wonderful couple days stay. Quiet location and convenient walking distance to Wrigley. We are definitely looking forward to staying at the Perfect Weekend Getaway again in the future.

We stayed at St. Ben's for our grandson's first birthday party. The location was perfect in a quiet residential neighborhood. The property was spotless and well maintained. Felt like home away from home. The host was addressed our questions quickly. We would love to stay again and again.

Perfect for a Chicago visit

This place was so cute, comfortable, clean and quiet. They had everything you need and more. The street parking was always available day and night. It was nice to have 2 full baths and my bed was so comfortable. I’d stay there again and again.

Fantastic condo near Wrigley Field

The condo was a wonderful place to stay in a fantastic neighborhood. We will definitely stay there again when we come into town for another Cubs baseball game!

Great Accomodations!

Perfect little place and perfect location! Would definitely recommend for people to stay here. Beds are comfortable, great appliances, easy access in and out of condo. Adrienne was very responsive and easy to communicate with! Would stay here again!
